    Good Points: Well paced, informative.

    General comments: I found this book an enjoyable read, anyone interested in roman history and wants an entertaining read with fact mixed with fiction then this is for you.

    Great history lesson. Especially interesting for those who have climbed the Vesuvio. But slow to start, the action doesn't begin until the second half of the novel.

    Robert Harris, Pompeii is a really good read. It introduced facts into a believable story, with added interests to Roman history.
