    I actually had a full installation carried out by As Good As Grass and did not have any problems, the fitters arrived an hour late but that was due to the bad traffic, other than that the Deseo grass I had installed was excellent and looks great still now 3 months down the line, the product is slightly more expensive than some other companies however you can clearly tell the difference in quality. I would definitely recommend.

    I have to echo the previous reviewer's thoughts on poor service from As Good As Grass (AGAG). In my case they did finish the job and did come when they said they would to initially install the lawn. However, when said lawn developed a ripple in the middle, it took over 20 phone calls and emails over a course of 12 months to have it sorted out. I was assured they would come out on a certain day to sort it out and even took a day off work. And guess what? No one turned up.

    Sure I am sure the product from As Good As Grass Ambassador is ok. However their customer service leaves an awful lot to be desired. I will explain my experience and feelings about it.
    11/03/09 called this company and had a long detailed conversation about what I wanted and the exact costs. It was about 17:30 and I said to the person can you wait 5 minutes until I ask my wife if she is ok with the price, "Sure" the person said. So I put down the phone agreed with the wife on cost phoned back and ...
