I'm afriad I had the total opposite experience with Wedding Rings Direct to the previous reviewer. 5 days before our wedding day I chased them, as we had heard nothing and our wedding rings were overdue. The following morning we received an email from them advising that our rings were "seriously delayed due to hallmarking problems"; not the type of stress you need 5 days before your big day. Needless to say we were worried - we didn't have the money to buy new rings (or the time) so were left in the hands of this company.

The staff at the company did respond to emails quickly but their attitude was indifferent to be polite. Our rings did arrive eventually after us having to wait in half a day for Royal Mail to deliver them the day before our wedding. My advice is not to use this company if you are in a hurry. They didn't update the order status throughout the whole transaction and no one needs this kind of stress when they are getting married. I dread to think what might have happened if we hadn't chased them - or even worse what would have happened if the rings had never come.

We ordered our two wedding rings from Wedding Rings Direct at the beginning of July and I have to say that we could not have been happier. Husband's wedding band was a bit too tight so we sent it back for a re-sizing, it took 5 days to get back to us and is perfect now. I had ordered a few sample rings and then decided on a shaped wedding ring to fit my engagement ring. They even fitted it to sit flush with my engagement ring, the whole experience was stress-free and straight forward.
