I brought a dress, in short the dress is nice, fits OK for the price arrived on time. Needed to query the price as this changed the day after I brought it and prior to my dress to being sent. Emailed to tell them he dress was reduced, I could have sent it back got a full refund and brought the same dress cheaper it would be good to just reduce it and save us all time and money. I ordered from bonprix because I had them recommended to me. I ordered 2 shirts I ordered one for next day delivery and paid the £6 extra, next day no package so I thought maybe its coming along with the other one. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my packages, I had received a receipt and confirmation email from bonprix saying my packages should arrive in the next 3 days.guess what no packages.. I like many people i see before me, are in a battle to get my money back. i returned an item that was too small 2 days after i bought it i sent it back re; the courier company use. 6 weeks later still no refund i have contacted them several times and all i can say is if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, because clearly their staff do not know what they are doing. Could someone please explain to me how I legally force bonprix to sort out a dress I ordered in February of 2013 and still have not received it. During the year bonprix called me and offered to send my dress along with a voucher for 50 pounds as an apology for the problems, this happened in August of 2013, however I still await it. i think you can only get a refund if its a safe site e.g. starts with https & not http, which it seems to be from the pages ive scrolled through so far. then u get a police crime number or something n take it to your bank n they give u ur money back cos ur protected when u use ur card aint u

“Terrible customer service, never received my product.”

I ordered shoes back in November, I sent e-mails to their customer service department saying I had not received them 8 weeks later and did not get a response. I eventually called them on an expensive customer service line to be told even though my order had been processed online and I received email confirmation, they had been out of stock and they would have written to me to tell me so. I ordered items on line using paypal, which was then put on an account by Bon Prix, when I ask why, its not clear, when I go to pay this on line through my account, its says nothing is owing, emailing customer services say they have referred this to a debt collection agency have emailed customer services several times asking for on line payment details, with the result that they want me to pay this over the telephone at 10p a minute! “Avoid!!! Unreliable and lack of customer service”

I ordered from this company 6 weeks in advance of a holiday to ensure I would receive the order in time. Only part of my order was received, I then chased them for a few weeks with no response to find out where they had sent the rest of it hoping to resolve for my holiday. I still don't know where it was sent, only that it was returned to them undelivered and rather than calling or emailing me (they had both contact details) to discuss, they just cancelled the order. i ordered a dress last year that to be honest I loved, and that is the only reason why I put up with the stupidity of their delivery terms it took over 2 weeks to finally get the dress, they only deliver to your home address, however i have steeled mysef to oreder another dress again because i loved the dress so much and needed it for this weekend however , i though was being cute this time and said my work address was my home address the card payment went through, however it only left germany ( Weds) last night and so it wont be here for Friday, I spoke to their CS and just got more and more company BS, so i had to look for an alternative that could be delivered in 24 hours, so you can guess how annoyed i was when I found the exact same dress on the Freemans site, who incidentally own Bon Prix, for £4.50 they do next day delivery, my advise is to avoid BP at any cost, and if you do see something on their site check to see it it is on Freemans they charge the same and you can get next day, all that remains to be seen is if it arrives tomorrow, if it doesn't you will hear the screams from here.

I am still waiting two weeks later for my order and have just been informed via the tracking page that it was delivered!!! As it was alleged to have been delivered at a time we would have seen a delivery van/car and not failed to hear the knock on the door in the same room I can only assume the delivery man is either wearing it or has eaten it as the parcel has disappeared off the face of the planet Earth. I have just telephoned Bon Prix and been asked if it has been "thrown" over the garden gate. Err no as the rear access of all the properties is gated and locked for security and then he would have to have Olympian skills to caterpult the parcel over a six foot plus fencing! Good job non breakables! Quite simply they are LYING - it has NOT been delivered to me or our neighbours. An investigation has now been opened but in the meantime I still haven't got my goods what I particularly wanted for my holiday what I will no doubt be charged for! Really really irate - employ honest delivery couriers!

Parcel turned up today after all. Would improve security considerably if the parcel had been signed for. Have to say in all fairness that when I opened the parcel the items of clothing were very good quality, fitted correctly and were folded exceptionally well instead of the usual crumpled offerings. Apart from the delivery "blip" I was really pleased with the goods.

I ordered a dress and they took the money from my credit card. I never received the dress but I did receive a letter demanding more money for the dress I had not received. I have emailed them several times and am now in the process of doing a disputed payment via my bank. The other thing which is strange about this company as they always reply to emails in a different language. You write to them in French and they reply in Dutch. Bon Prix have sent me a wrong item THREE times. I really liked the dress so I kept ordering it. The first time a totally different dress arrived, the second time it was two sizes too small and pattern in different places which seemed weird. You should send them a letter recorded delivery telling them the problem and that you will be taking legal action if they are not sorted out asap.
I did this and within a week received all my refunds and missing items. They know the law and a recorded letter puts them in a legally vulnerable position - so I recommend this to anyone dealing with this dreadful company.

I ordered a dress from this company and paid in full on my debit card. When the dress arrived I opened it and the strap was snapped on the shoulder and the dress was torn all down one side. I contacted them immediately by e mail, no response. All I got was an automated response, so I called them. They apologised for sending goods in this condition and assured me they would process the refund immediately. Two weeks later, still no refund. The good things first: They have some nice clothes and if you are lucky, everything will go smoothly and you will receive them in three days. this is what happened with my first order. My second order was a second order. The parcel never showed up, even though they had taken my £100. A month, five phone calls and ten emails later, they are launching an "investigation" to essentially see if I am lying and did receive the order. On one occasion I returned items but they did not accept bar code as proof of this. For the next time I had occasion to return an item I luckily had the foresight to get an independent witness for the return. Therefore when once more Bonprix denied receipt of my return I was able to make reference to my witness. Then they found the items though it took some time to 'process' a refund. I have made two orders with Bon Prix so far on separate occasions and both deliveries came in a week so I don't understand why there is so much negativity here. I've also rung the customer services who have been more than helpful and friendly. I'm so pleased I didn't take note of the reviews on here as I may have been scared off. “A joke of a company ”

I ordered three pairs of trousers.Size 22 (43.97 paid) I received 2 packs of black lacy knickers. Size 14. Phoned and was advised to return them and was asked if I still wanted the goods. I received 2 pairs of trousers and a bill for £25.98(these trousers now 12.99 not 19.99) Phoned and was told the returned knickers had not been received yet. I agree with everyone, they are a terrible company to deal with and their customer service reps are horrid. The emails I received after correcting their mistake was appalling, to say the least. They could have accommodated me and given me the dress, at the price I purchased it at. I did not want an account but it was easier just to do it, shockingly because it was Christmas I was delayed in paying off my account they charged over 12 for 5 days. I agree fully, they not only don't tell the truth about the order getting 'lost' in the mail, they are not gracious enough to give you the SALE price, even after their little games they play. Oh well, hopefully enough of us will realise what they are and never buy from them again.
