Terrible! I never received my products and I never received my refund to date. They said they lost my products in the post and after many many calls and emails tans excuse after excuse they said they couldn’t refund my card! I’’ve Reported them and will go to court if I don’t get my refund.

“poor return service”

Poor quality item was dropped on door step. After arranging collection and waiting from 8.00 to 20.00 they never collected the return parcel on the arranged day. Premium number to call beware..long wait! Would not recommend Bon Prix!

“Poor service and I still have not received the dress”

I ordered a dress on Sunday evening and paid for next day delivery. Receiving the dress on Tuesday would have been exceptable but its Thursday and still no dress. Will it arrive on Friday or Saturday, who knows? I won't need it by then. Very poor service. Very disappointed customer.

I have attempted to unsubscribe from their mailing list for the last 5 months, I have emailed them now on 4 occasions where they have promised to remove me from their list and low and behold they are still sending me emails daily. Unbelievably disgusting customer services, shouldn't be allowed to trade

“Corrupted ”

Reason being is that I am being charged a large amount of fee for basic,y no reason. I returned most of the things and only kept two items which my balance should've been no more than £35 but its skyrocketed to £71 I mean really. The items I have kept are both below 25 pounds value. They charge a rediculous amount of interest and even late payment which I have paid in time for. They robbers.

“Mis sold ”

My review of Bon Prix. I ordered some 100% cotton pyjama bottoms from their website. (Artifical fabrics cause me a rash. ) When I received them, they looked like the items as displayed on their website, but enclosed in the packaging was a note to say they were different from the description online, and if I was unhappy with them I should return them for a refund. On closer inspection, the garment labels revealed that they were, in fact, made from a polyester mix. I felt so angry that I emailed them asking for some cotton ones to be sent, or a credit applying to my account or failing that, my account closing. I was determined not to go through the returns process when THEY had mislead me. To cut a long story short - they apologetically closed my account, and I received a letter shortly afterwards to confirm that I was indeed correct and the items I had received were not 100% cotton. I already knew that! Unless you're happy to receive cheap clothes made from artificial fabrics, avoid this company.

“Was so good”

Such a shame this company were once so good now they are just ordinary and overpriced! Just had a look for a plain short sleeve t shirt - a couple of years ago you'd have had 3 for £10-£12 now 6.99 EACH. No wonder I haven't used them for years

“ NO REFUND NO ITEMS”

I bought some dresses with bonprix Belgium and unfortunately they didnt fit. I therefore sent them back in the stipulated time but now counting 4 weeks later Ihave not received the new sizes that i ordered neither have i received any refund. When i called them the customer care was rude and hang up on me. Tried calling again and i was informed they had no idea what i was talking about! this is daylight robbery!!! I want my money! or my items! My customer number is 15016850. I await some response from this company. Do not shop from them.

bought some boxers n i thought they were a bit small for the size. then sent them back n got a refund but not for postage so wasted £4. also they say if u dont send it back within 2 weeks u get charged for it bein sent back to u. bit of a scary process.

“Customer Service oh dear where are you??”

I brought a dress, in short the dress is nice, fits OK for the price arrived on time. Needed to query the price as this changed the day after I brought it and prior to my dress to being sent. Emailed to tell them he dress was reduced, I could have sent it back got a full refund and brought the same dress cheaper it would be good to just reduce it and save us all time and money. If it had not been reduced prior to it being send I would not have queried I, that's just life it happens. My real issue is that each email I send just gets IGNORED not even a sorry can't reduce need to send back NOTHING, I now get an email asking for feedback and the link does'nt work. Coincidence I don't think so. BonPrix your products for the price are pretty good, why then ignore any after sales. I wont be buying form you again just think if I had a real issue assuming you would ignore that again. Big marketplace service counts and unfortunately you don't have any

“utter rubbish!”

I ordered from bonprix because I had them recommended to me. I ordered 2 shirts I ordered one for next day delivery and paid the £6 extra, next day no package so I thought maybe its coming along with the other one. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my packages, I had received a receipt and confirmation email from bonprix saying my packages should arrive in the next 3 days.guess what no packages.. I have emailed them and rung them but all they can say is the packages are on their way. Of course they are. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you just like having money taken from your account for no reason one of the worst clothes companies I've ever used.

“disgusting refund policies”

I like many people i see before me, are in a battle to get my money back. i returned an item that was too small 2 days after i bought it i sent it back re; the courier company use. 6 weeks later still no refund i have contacted them several times and all i can say is if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, because clearly their staff do not know what they are doing. I have given them all the information they have asked for but they seem to be incapable of imputing numbers into a computer correctly. As when the courier company got back to them the number was wrong no one bothered to contact me to let me know . I have now rung them again and have given the info again i have also contacted my credit card company and they are going to launch there own investigation now. So here we are, i'm still out of pocket they are laughing as they have my money and the item and this seems to be a trend with them i think will contact watchdog about this company and their policies.

Could someone please explain to me how I legally force bonprix to sort out a dress I ordered in February of 2013 and still have not received it. During the year bonprix called me and offered to send my dress along with a voucher for 50 pounds as an apology for the problems, this happened in August of 2013, however I still await it. Please, if you can explain what route I should take to obtain satisfaction in this matter

i think you can only get a refund if its a safe site e.g. starts with https & not http, which it seems to be from the pages ive scrolled through so far. then u get a police crime number or something n take it to your bank n they give u ur money back cos ur protected when u use ur card aint u

I ordered shoes back in November, I sent e-mails to their customer service department saying I had not received them 8 weeks later and did not get a response. I eventually called them on an expensive customer service line to be told even though my order had been processed online and I received email confirmation, they had been out of stock and they would have written to me to tell me so. I hadn't received a letter from them although I do get sent plenty of promotional e-mails and a catalogue (although I did request not to be sent anything via email or post.) The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, did not so apologise or offer to do anything about it. When I said I had not received a letter she simply said that it would have been sent.

“poor customer service”

I ordered items on line using paypal, which was then put on an account by Bon Prix, when I ask why, its not clear, when I go to pay this on line through my account, its says nothing is owing, emailing customer services say they have referred this to a debt collection agency have emailed customer services several times asking for on line payment details, with the result that they want me to pay this over the telephone at 10p a minute! Does anyone else have this problem?

Waited in for 2 days for a courier to pick up a return, still waiting, customers service none existent, was not interested, will not be using this shambolic poor excuse of an internet based company ever again. social networks are a very powerful tool in this modern age, i will not recommend this company to anyone.

“Avoid!!! Unreliable and lack of customer service”

I ordered from this company 6 weeks in advance of a holiday to ensure I would receive the order in time. Only part of my order was received, I then chased them for a few weeks with no response to find out where they had sent the rest of it hoping to resolve for my holiday. I still don't know where it was sent, only that it was returned to them undelivered and rather than calling or emailing me (they had both contact details) to discuss, they just cancelled the order. Unreliable and bad service. Try somewhere else.

i ordered a dress last year that to be honest I loved, and that is the only reason why I put up with the stupidity of their delivery terms it took over 2 weeks to finally get the dress, they only deliver to your home address, however i have steeled mysef to oreder another dress again because i loved the dress so much and needed it for this weekend however , i though was being cute this time and said my work address was my home address the card payment went through, however it only left germany ( Weds) last night and so it wont be here for Friday, I spoke to their CS and just got more and more company BS, so i had to look for an alternative that could be delivered in 24 hours, so you can guess how annoyed i was when I found the exact same dress on the Freemans site, who incidentally own Bon Prix, for £4.50 they do next day delivery, my advise is to avoid BP at any cost, and if you do see something on their site check to see it it is on Freemans they charge the same and you can get next day, all that remains to be seen is if it arrives tomorrow, if it doesn't you will hear the screams from here.

I am still waiting two weeks later for my order and have just been informed via the tracking page that it was delivered!!! As it was alleged to have been delivered at a time we would have seen a delivery van/car and not failed to hear the knock on the door in the same room I can only assume the delivery man is either wearing it or has eaten it as the parcel has disappeared off the face of the planet Earth. I have just telephoned Bon Prix and been asked if it has been "thrown" over the garden gate. Err no as the rear access of all the properties is gated and locked for security and then he would have to have Olympian skills to caterpult the parcel over a six foot plus fencing! Good job non breakables! Quite simply they are LYING - it has NOT been delivered to me or our neighbours. An investigation has now been opened but in the meantime I still haven't got my goods what I particularly wanted for my holiday what I will no doubt be charged for! Really really irate - employ honest delivery couriers!

Parcel turned up today after all. Would improve security considerably if the parcel had been signed for. Have to say in all fairness that when I opened the parcel the items of clothing were very good quality, fitted correctly and were folded exceptionally well instead of the usual crumpled offerings. Apart from the delivery "blip" I was really pleased with the goods.

I ordered awhile ago from bon prix and was told that my parcel had gone missing in transit so they reordered the same product for me which has now turned up along with the other same item that they stated were lost in transit what do I do in this situation and what are my consumer rights because this error occurred?? I'd like to know how Bon Prix sizing falls out as a lot of there clothing are between 2 sizes ie. 10/12. I am a size 12, but am wondering if the 10/12 are a good fit or do I need to go to the next size to ensure a good size 12?
