I did not have good experience with Boohoo either. I guess you can wait until they answer or just contact Consumer Protection Services.

Have you tried contacting them via Twitter or Facrbook? I eventually got hold of the courier and made my own arrangements with them.

Look what they wrote here on this reviewcentre site, this is boohoo customer service talking. I personaly had a positive experience with them, look it s Easter time and maybe has smth to do with that, be patient and write back again:" Hello,

I've shopped with boohoo for years, they are really going down. Even sneaking sale items back up. Don't even think that's legal.
If you can't get through to any company at all, buy law they must acknowledge if you write a letter. Even spend a few pence on recorded delivery.
That way there's proof you have done something and they aren't responding adaquetky. By writing a letter. And signed for at boohoo (recorded) they have to take note
