Item number/code: DZZ92764 Item is shown as a swimsuit, with crochet details, which shows through to the skin. Purchased this particular item because of the detail. Received the item, and yes, the crochet detail was there, but its over the top of the swinsuit. You cannot see skin underneath, its just the black swimsuit with black crochet details over the top. It fits fine, but the reason i wanted the item was because of the detail shown.

I have purchased many items over a period of time from Boohoo and I am happy with the quality of the items. The problem I have experienced is trying to log back into account so that I can return a item. I was told by Boohoo that a new password had been sent to me, this would allow me to return to my account. I have emailed the Boohoo customer service and asked if they can activate my account after putting it on 'lock down'. On that same email I was told that my account would be activated ASAP. I am not very happy that it has taken 5 days for them to carry this operation out. If anything needs improving on the Boohoo website, I would say it had to be customer service. Hopefully my email will help to improve the website and it can be changed for the better.

they say up to 8 working days for shipping. its been 10. i emailed them and they said it would take up to 3 more working days! ha! i needed the items for a party and even if they came on the 10th day it wouldve been fine. i like their cat walk videos and it sets them apart from other sites. i would be be nice if we could get our packages on time :)

usually boohoo is brilliant, brings your clothes super fast. however this time I ordered next day delivery on Thursday but there was an address query, I comtacted them through Twitter and they said they had sorted it and should arrive Monday, I waiting until Tuesday and still hadn't came so I tweeted them again and again they said they had sorted it I did this another time and and emailed then and a week later it still hasn't came so I asked for a full refund as it still hasn't arrived a week and a half later! This result was dreadful for me! I just hope I get the refund soon! awful!!

After reading this I'm kind of concerned about a) if my order is going to arrive and b) what's gunna be in the package in terms of the right order and the right sizing. So far I'm not totally impressed with the delivery time. I was quoted 8 days, and it's now been 10. I emailed early on and they sent me back a tracking number which leads to a site that says my clothing was in transit but the last update was the day I ordered it. I then clicked the link that says something about the WnDirect tracking site, which leads me to the Fastway courier website - and according to them there is no parcel with that number. Not impressed. I also was under the impression that my postage would be free if i spent more than $50, but no, I spent $94 and still had to pay it.

I orderd my dress last night and it arrived at 12 today fast delivery and the dress is lush exactly the same as on the net I would deffonatley recommend to anyone and sizes are good fitings

I ordered a dress and heels at boohoo with the UK Savers Delivery which expects a 3-5 day range. However, my order came after 7 days. If I wanted my order to come in 7 days I would have had the UK Super Saver delivery! I am very annoyed that I have paid extra for the Savers when the service didn't even happen. Although when the clothes finally arrived I was happy with the way they looked and the quality of them. It's just too bad the delivery has tainted my experience with boohoo and I would recommend leaving a good amount of time to order the clothes if you need them for a specific day.

I used to like it, sure the quality isn't the best, cant expect much for these prices. I am happy with most of my purchases. I have a few dresses which are in size 8, but huge - more like size 12. I hate the changed policy. Now they charge international customers 25% more! That's just plain wrong, change the shipping fee not the whole prices. I will never buy something for 25GBP if it is sold for 20GBP. Goes against me as economist :D So for past experiences I give it 3-4 stars, for new changes 1 star

I ordered from boohoo before! I live in the Republic of Ireland which on there website says 2-3 working days. It's been 5 days since I've ordered, I received an order confirmation email when I'm ordered, but it's been 5 days now and I haven't even recieved an email saying my order has dispatched its ridiculous usually I receive an email the next day saying it has dispatched and I'm getting worried becuase I need this dress for a dinner dance. I went onto track my order on the website and it says my delivery is expected to be here tomorrow the 21st but I didn't recieve an email saying it dispatched there's definatley something wrong because when I order from boohoo I always have it in three days at the latest if it dosent come tomorrow I will be contacting them this is ridiculous.

i was at the market and i saw alot of the things they where selling there where on the boohoo website. in my opinion you might just be better off going to the market and buy your clothes there, if you don't believe me just have a look for yourself (market in London don't about anywhere else sorry :)

ok so i ordered a dress and after a week i went to go track it down on the boohoo website and didnt understand their tracking status at all! Then i started looking up the reviews they had on their delivery's and got really scared, as a lot of the reviews were saying that they never received their items!! So i contacted boohoo thro email cause they dont have a number to call, which i thought was really weird, but anyways i never got an email back. So i went to their facebook page and complained and i got a response within 10 minutes :D they tracked my package and gave me a tracking number for usps and i got my order 2 days later. When i asked the lady why they dont answer my email when i wrote on their website, she said that all their costumer service ppl are on fb 24/7 its kinda strange that they all operate from fb but i have seen many ppl who have complains or question they get a response within minutes on fb. So i guess if you have any question just log in to fb and go from there. My dress that i ordered is very pretty and i cant wait to wear it to a wedding later this week :D

I ordered 8 items from boohoo and the delivery was quite quick and came when I expected. I was so excited when my parcel came as the clothes on the site looked so good, only to reveal the awful quality of the clothes. I ordered two pairs of shoes (size 5) and are clearly too big for me which is ridiculous. A blouse I bought is also made from cheap and tacky material and isn't even stitched properly. On a playsuit I bought the belt loop things have come off due to poor stitching and a necklace I bought looks awful and nothing like the picture. Some of the clothes are incredibly overpriced for the quality of them and I find it ridiculous paying so much when you can get better quality products elsewhere for almost the same prices. The advantages of the website is the student 10% discount and occasional discount codes. Some products that I purchased ARE quite nice but I probably wouldn't shop there again.

I've bought a few products from this website. And quite honestly, if you're going to buy cheap, you're going to get cheap. The more I've paid for items there, the better the quality, I bought a varsity jacket a few years ago, and still is in good condition, and a dress which fits my figure perfectly. Although, I bough a cardigan for £20 and it started to rip on the second wear. Items I've sent back haven't been a hassle. Although, the delivery is quick if you go first class (it's only a £1 extra and comes the next day, even if you order in the evening) I've had many occasions when I get my delivery 4pm in the afternoon.

The clothes on Boohoo look really nice and the prices are good. I ordered 11 items and the price was almost $200.00, which I thought was fantastic. Then I found out that my items would be coming from the UK. Could someone please tell me how much I will be charged for dutie and custom charges. I live in Canada.

The worst thing about boohoo is the fact that they do not have stock! There are absolute no size 8 clothes always sold out. The clothes are not amazing quality when you do find something that fits but I have recently brought a top and it was nice although it was a bit to big. Also It seems like the prices have gone up! I first used this website a few years ago and everything seemed cheaper, now the prices have gone up you would expect the quality of clothing to be better but no.

I have ordered through BooHoo 3 times already and am fairly happy with the quality of the items. Apart from small differences in the colour, I cannot complain at all. The delivery is also within the expected delays. However, please pay attention if you're from Europe. They have advertised their "Free" delivery but unfortunately, if you make a simple price conversion, you will see that is not the case. I wouldn't have noticed this fact myself, if the website didn't switch automatically the price of the items added to my basket from GBP to EUR, when I logged in to my account. The amount was the same as it was in GBP when it included the delivery fee, so nothing was "free". Even now, there is a £5.45 difference in the price of a random £20 team, when switching from GBP to EUR (i.e. you pay £25.45 for a £20 item, if you're from Europe). Just for the record, I have contacted them and let them know about this inconsistency but their customer support chose to send me a template as a reply. You decide whether this suits you or not. :-)

hey guys! i placed an order LAST MONTH when it was supposed to be here three weeks ago and it's still not here yet but that's cool.. I live in Canada, would anyone be able to compare how are boohoo's sizes like to a store in here? cause like for example, i feel that forever21 have their sizes a littlee bit bigger than for my regular "Small" sizing. I ordered a nice dress for new years eve from Boohoo.com and this was on the 15th of December. I paid for delivery within 4 days and now its the 29th and still nothing! Its pathetic. I emailed them and they said that I had to give it 7 days but its been 19! I'm not ordering from them again as my friend had to wait 3 weeks for a pair of shorts. If you do order something give it a year in advance as it will take forever to arrive!

I like the clothes cos they're a great for 6th form and fit me well but a lot of the items aren't good quality an stitching has come undone after a couple of outings.
