“Returned but no refund!”

I purchased a dress from boohoo.com and it was unlike how the picture looked and did not fit well on me at all. I returned the item to the company and despite it being 24 days later since they received it I still have not heard at all from the company regarding my refund. “Damaged Goods”

I am not a regular online shopper and as much as I enjoyed the initial convenience of online shopping it turned into the biggest headache. I ordered two dresses and a sweater from boohoo and I received damaged goods. The sweater was fine but one dress had a dirty stain on the back as if someone stepped on it and a missing button on the back. The other dress had a missing stone. “Wrong Order”

The first time I ordered from boohoo.com, they delivered my shoes in 6 days and it was in perfect condition. I was super happy and satisfied. The second time I ordered, that is when all hell broke loose. I ordered a pair of shoes so that it would come in on a week when I scheduled a fashion blogpost. Two out of my three orders with Boohoo have been terrible. First order, paid for a cardi and next day delivery - they took my money straight away, the item didn't turn up so after about a week I managed to contact someone who told me that they product was out of stock - why did they process my order? *Update* the shoes were actually out of stock, I was only told this when I contacted someone through Boohoos facebook page - who were very helpful to be fair. They told me my money would be refunded and when the product was likely to be back in stock.

I re-ordered the shoes again today as they were in stock but it said it was the last pair so I'm guessing that they will take my money then get back to me and say they are actually out of stock again!

I will keep you updated!

“Disaster”

Ordered a dress on next day delivery, the dress looked fine on the website. When I relieved the dress and tried it on you could see straight through the dress and everything underneath! “DONT SHOP HEAR!!!!”

“Very cheaply made!”

when visiting boohoo's website I was excited as all the different styles seemed really impressive and loads of items caught my eye! “Price should be lower due to the lack of good quality!”

Boohoo is a site with fashionable clothing and accessories which is great but the thing that bugs me is the blatant lack in quality. After one standard wash the material becomes, even more, thinner than before. The seams come undone, colour has faded in some occasions and rips appear so easily. The best thing I bought from Boohoo was a rain mac for about £2.00 which I used for a festival. Just so you know there is a contact telephone no for any deliveries in the Manchester and surrounding area. Their no is 01942 844160. Make sure you have the carriers reference no (I think it starts 941) I've contacted them today and a very helpful lady is trying the delivery driver to see where my parcel is. “Not satisfied with defective item policy”

“poor quality material”

I ordered a variety of shorts, tops and dresses which was about 8 items in total. I was very disappointed with the majority of the products, they were all very poor and light quality material. the colours were a lot duller and tacky when compared to the perfect pics on the website. also material looks better on website. the denim pair of shorts would not even close on me (even thought quality was good) but I was happy with the other pair even though it was made of very light material… Read Full Review

“Bad delivery service”

The first time I ordered from boohoo, everything was fine and I received my order quickly and the products were great. So I decided to make another purchase, it's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting on it to arrive. It was estimated to get here at the beginning of May when I purchased it, the delivery status is stuck at the same place with no further updates and I am supposed to wait exactly 28 days before they can investigate further... “Does no give what it promises about delivery time.”

You CANNOT trust boohoo.com's delivery time. My item was expected to arrive within 5-10 working days but it did not arrive. Personally it is VERY important that the orders DO arrive on time since I very often have a deadline where I will be needing the orders I make. This precise order is a dress for my graduation.
