I ordered 130 euro items. Some cancelled because was out of stock never refunded. I was wait the tracking number for my order they sent one but it dosent work. Placed orders over £100 twice now, as liked some of the clothes and shoes. Reasonable price. Each time, instead of standard 3-5 days (which I paid for) it has taken almost 2 weeks to arrive. On this second order, I received half of it and the second half has gone AWOL. Hermes courriers seem to have nicked it? Boohoo were very slow to respond and said they would reorder it (que another 2 week wait) but, now some items are unavailable!!!!! Never again. Grrrrr!!!!!… Read Full Review

I am still waiting for my refund. Boohoo saying will refund within 21 days but I am waiting already more then that:/ it took me 4 times to order a dress for a wedding and every time I received it was something wrong with it. I ordered 3 items from BOOHOO on June 20th and paid for 3-5 day standard delivery. No order received by June 30th. When i tried to track my order it showed that there were no tracking details for my order number.I contacted their customer services who informed me that yes they had processed my order( this i knew as the money had been taken from account) but they had forgotten to send my items out.They promised me they would send my order straight away using a next day delivery courier. “LIARS! NEVER AGAIN”

So i ordered a dress on a Monday to be shipped to the US. I payed 10 dollars for express (1-2 day) delivery, I got charged another dollar for import or whatever. “Order Changed without permission”

I am super angry about this website. I have ordered two items (both in stock when I ordered them) and one was canceled by boohoo without my permission. The reason was given as 'out of stock', but when I looked up the item page there was still one left! So they changed my order and just sent me one item. They also messed up with the prizes a lot. If you have not received your refund yet, please could you contact us via Twitter or Facebook. All e-mails to our customer service department are replied to within 24 hours, but we are being alerted to some customers having problems receiving our responses. I have had a similar issue, I ordered £317 worth of clothes. Returned just over £200 worth. For some reason they have only received 5 of the 15 items i returned. I have unfortunately lost my receipt and now i am having issues getting a refund!! Although all the items were there when i returned them and they somehow have 5 of them... where have the other 10 gone? weird ay?

“Worst customer service ever ”

I purchased $200 worth of clothes from boohoo, and $50 worth in a separate transaction on the same day only a few minutes apart. My $50 package came on 8/4 . I was concerned that my $200 package had not arrived with my $50 one considering the closeness in time when I ordered them so I jumped on Facebook and sent a message asking why I had only received one of my packages. I was told that my $200 package was delivered on 4/4. Was home all day on the 4th... didn't get a knock at the door… Read Full Review

I posted back the items in order to receive a full refund as per their refund policy. It has now been almost 4 weeks and still no refund from the company.
