Good Points: vga out non interlace (progressive scan) out
Bad Points: pal/ntsc conversion
General comments: Nintaus PDVD-9769 player is best used with a screen that can take a VGA signal.
ie:- projector, some rear projection TV'S,most old and new office type projectors.
Progressive scan on the D15 SUB VGA socket out breaths new life into my old panasonic office type CRT projector.
we also tried the Nintaus PDVD-9769 with an old mitsubishi EUM-2952A - a 28 inch vga moniter - WOW movie like would be a good discription.
PAL to NTSC conversion is a bit jerky but all my disks bar the test disk are PAL anyhow.

Audio sound is exceptional for a DVD player. Music is much warmer than other's, more l ...- Read GCB's review (209 words)

The Nitaus PDVD-9769 DVD player is for those who don't wanna spend a lot on a top-class dvd player but intend to enjoy the benefits mentioned under the good points above. If you seek for high end then forget this piece of equipment and go further. But if average picture and sound quality can satisfy you with a wide range of useful extra add ons, this is definitely your player.- Read Leslee's review (147 words)
