I love the smooth texture and matifying effect of this
No 7 Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation. It keeps the matte finish throughout the day.
I preferred the Intelligent Balance foundation that was in the bottle (discontinued) over the mouse however.

No 7 Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation was easy too apply, didn't require a brush or sponge, didn't become patchy when reapplied, didn't require reapplication often, even skin tone, reduced shine. I wouldnt pay £11 for it when there are good cheap foundations out there, but overall thought it was a good quality mousse foundation- Read Guest's review (62 words)
