Good Points: Good quality and great looking

Bad Points: Was promised couple of more attachments by the salesgirl and when I opened the packed box back home in India I was horrified to see none of them. What is more appalling and topping the "Bad Points" is that they have no contact listed for grievances & complaints for buyers outside of UK. So if you do not have a County with a matching postcode then your complaint will not be entertained. I think that is ludicrous.

General comments: I had purchased the Mamas And Papas Cybex Onyx - Chili pushchair from your store on the 18th morning. The salesgirl explained to me about the pushchair that I eventually bought she was very confident and sure that there would be a foot cover for my baby to protect her from the cold in extreme temperatures. Also there were three rectangular strips that would go on the buckle up straps for the comfort of my child. Unfortunately neither of these were in the box that I opened after reaching my home in India.Now I really don't care about whether these two items (the foot cover and the protective straps) are part of standard attachments with the pushchair that I bought. As far as I am concerned I was promised something that was not delivered and I hold Mamas & Papas responsible for this. When I am dealing with a PYT from Spain I am not buying what she is selling I am in fact buying a trusted & respected name all across the world, Mamas & Papas. And by default if she makes me a false promise it is not she that has defaulted or reneged. For a trusting and loyal customer it is a dereliction on the part of your esteemed brand.I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
