    I ordered a necklace from this company a month ago, it never arrived and the refund I was promised also has not arrived. I can't get through to the company to complain and they are not replying to my emails. Do not use them!

    i found this company really easy to deal with, i had a slight problem because royal mail lost my item over the valentines day period. jewellery boxx were straight on the case and i received (to my suprise) a replacement just 3 days after speaking to them! thoroughly recommend them, it's cheap high quality jewellery and the team that helped deal with my problem were really professional and experienced.
