“Pleasant Day Had by All”

The female driver [name removed] turned up 15 mins early. She put my daughter at ease for the hole journey. Even going above and beyond by going into a shop on route to pick up safety pins for my daughters dress. The drivers were very nice to others and even let the children inside while they waited for their photos. On route to the grange manaor she even done a detour past our workplace for us to get out and say hi on our big occassion. Well done collumbine having a female driver is a nice... (read more)

“UNRELIABLE SHODDY CLUELESS”

This company ruined my wifes wedding morning. They sent the wrong car to pick up my family and my best men too...we paid for a gorgeous excalibur car and they sent a shabby old limo. No apology either. The music was dire and sounded like funeral music, the windows did not work and the car was something out of the eighties! “Nearly missed my wedding - shocking company do not use”

So many issues with this company! I do not want any bride to have to go through what I did so please avoid at all costs. They ruined our day completley. 1. The cars that were ordered and paid for did not arrive - they sent a limo when we ask for vintage cars - I would never have had a limo 2. They were 40 minutes late. Booked Collumbine Limos Ltd for my Son's wedding on 13/10.2012 and had their White Royal Windsor vintage car. Just beautiful, Jane their driver was fantastic putting the me, Bride & Father of bride at ease as I was all flustered having just clipped a lampost reversing my car ! After the service in Lanark the Bride & Groom were treated to a complimentary bottle of bubbly being poured by Jane to congratulate the happy couple. i have used this company on 3 occasions now and did so on sat 13th oct for grandaughters 8th birthday.i ordered the pink limo which on arrival looked very dated,scratches,bumps and 3 different shades of pink.driver had only one cd.music which was clearly not suitable for this age group.car stunk of stale drink but much worse in the 45 min journey driver had to stop 5 or 6 times and put his bodyweight against back door to close it.most concerning but when i complained owner despite saying he... “Perfect for my Wedding Day”

What can I say, despite reading some mixed reviews I found Bert and his team to be very professional and helped to make my special day extra special. I do not think you will ever find excellent value for money especially when the "W" word is mentioned. But the car that was provided and service offered could not faulted. We have already recommended Bert and his company to a friend. Thank you once again, and the Champagne in the car after the service was a fantastic touch. (read more)

“Rubbish, let down”

If you are going to offer a service for special events, you need to make it a reliable one and this company are NOT reliable. They ruined a special night out for my niece's school leavers ball and all her friends who had booked this company. They turned up late to collect my niece and friends, the car broke down on the way to the venue and they were rude when we complained. Steer clear of this company is my advice! (read more)

If anyone is looking for a limo hire company, for a wedding, hen night or kids party DO NOT USE COLLUMBINE LIMOS in Falkirk. They are absolutely dreadfull !!!!! My daughter and her friends were over an hour late for their leavers ball last night because of this useless limo company. The limo turned up late and then broke down on the way into Edinburgh. Would not recommend this company at all. Turned up 30 mins late for a wedding. Owner of company didnt think this was a problem and his manner was very disappointing. Driver wasnt briefed fully either on what he was meant to be doing. Would suggest you look elsewhere if you want to get to the church on time! (read more)

The drivers were well presented, and very polite when they arrived. I was pleasently surprised to have a female driver. She kept my daughter at ease for the hole journey to our venue talking about childcare which my daughter appreciated very much. We arrived on time in full honour.. She was very helpful and gave us a day to remember, even taking the roof down wich was nice for the photos. “Organising the limo was easy and very well handled....”

Organising the limo was easy and very well handled. They asked for a £20 deposit then the rest to be paid on the night.

When the time arrived for them to be at the pick up place they were half an hour late. With the driver giving the excuse of 'I got held up.' This meant we were rushed to get to the designated place as we had to get there by a certain time. We paid the full amount for the hour when we got about 20 minutes. It was ridiculous.
