    Good Points: Fantastic Free Flight Bird Show, worth the entry just to see it.
    Natural Surroundings
    Great Views of the Harbour
    Large range of animals with large spaces to roam around in.
    Gives the feel of a walk in safari


    Bad Points: Food outlets are too small for the size of the park, cannot cope with lunchtime demand.


    General comments: In general the Australia Taronga Zoo is fantastic. Take advantage of the ferry combined pass from circular quay for a great way to approach the zoo from the harbour. The zoo itself is hidden on a hill looking down over Sydney harbour, it feels very natural and makes you feel like your visiting a safari rather than a zoo.
    Talks from the keepers are frequent and informative, with the two showpieces being the Seal and Bird Shows, make sure you see them on your visit.
    Word of warning though, take your own lunch, the small food outlet in the centre of the zoo cannot cope with the demand at peak times so you will be in for a long wait if you decide to queue.
    Overall a very good Zoo, definately worth the entrance fee.
