Bad Points: Flakes.
It has gone gloopy.
The brush is congealing which makes application harder.
General comments:
The Collection 2000 Waterproof Eyeliner is Fun to experiment with different eye make-up looks.
Cheap
Comes off easily.
Worth what you pay for it!

i bought this Collection 2000 Waterproof Eyeliner and what a big mistake it was! it flaked when i touched my eyelids, it was not water proof and was a complete nightmare, i ended up putting it in the bin!- Read dixi's review (38 words)
