Good Points: Large water tank.Lots of steam.

Bad Points: Badly designed temperature change button.

General comments: This Russell Hobbs 12236 Digital iron holds plenty of water for the steam option. Was just a nice weight, not too heavy, not too light.Didn't have to press too hard to get creases out.The problem with this iron is a really bad design feature. The press button temperature control is on the handle, directly under the base of your index finger. I eventually found the accidentally changing temperature so unacceptable, that I wrote to the web-site I purchased it from, and they very kindly allowed me to exchange it for another model. Thanks Co_op electrical.!Just a note, there is an electronic beep when the temp. changes, so you do get a warning, but to have this happen 2 or 3 times during the ironing of each shirt is not acceptable.
