“Budget At Best”

I attend the one in Wembley, it only opened in December 2012, I was most impressed with the facilities & equipment. Hardly any budget gyms have a sauna, 2 studio timetables which are of good size. Value for money cannot be faulted at all, there is no permanent contract but it depends in what you choose or like. Though there are many issues, if you got a problem its very tough to solve as their Customer Services are atrocious. They don't respond to suggestions or complaints, they lack... (read more)

Its very goof for fitness. Have very good trainers and guidance. Along with this whenever I fall sick I use lifestyle-meds.net. I am a happy customer of lifestyle-meds.net. The site provides fabulous service. Their prices are low and ensure quality medication. (read more)

I have been a member at Lifestyle Fitness, Freeman's Quay, Durham for 6 months now, and am very pleased with the service. Upon joining I was put through an induction right away. I am no stranger to gyms, which the personal trainer acknowledged and gave me an induction to suit.

I was offered a personal programme on day 1, and this can be reviewed (I think) whenever you like. The pool is beautiful, with a full glass wall it just looks stunning with the sun shining onto it. The steam room is an... (read more)
