The television (LE32A436T1D) has full 1920x1080 support at 60hz and lower even though it says HD-Ready on the screen and the spec's says 1366x768 (see it as a Surprise gift from Samsung).
The audio is quite decent but i recommend using the optical toslink output and a home theater system even though there is a few ms of lag on the audio in comparison to the tv-speakers.
The Blackness of the screen i very good for a backlit screen it can't compare to Panasonic's "Kuro" (then again that's a plasma) or the recent wave of "LED" screens but for a old fashioned LCD I'm pleased.

I can only speak for my copy, i might have gotten a unlocked copy since there is a few reviews stating only x768 or x1080i, it might be the other reviewr's hardware such as dvd players that only scales to 1080i.
Mine is tested with a Xbox360, several computer's and a PS3 all says 1080p @ 60/50hz as well as the screen (just push Info on the remote.)

I highly recommend this product to people wanting a new tv for the bedroom or a smaller common area, for the living room go for one of Samsungs bigger LED tv's instead.

This model benefits from seperate display settings for each type of selectable input, each saved independantly and ready for your games machine, your DVD player or your cable/satelite pictures all according to taste. Although this model is only 1080i so not truly full HD it tends to outperform 1080p sets on standard (non HD) transmissions as thi ...
