    Good Points: ease of ordering


    Bad Points: very few people report disappointment when they receive items as a gift. very difficult to report a problem within 10 day period.


    General comments: overall ,poor value for money, poor delivery, poor customer service at Next Day Flowers.i orderd two bouquets of flowers for mothers day, the flowers arrived on time but lasted only 4 days..the bouquets were much smaller than suggested on the on-line pictures. the accompanying chocolates had a very short shelf life. i was not aware of my mothers disappointment until after the 10 day period required to report complaints. customer service refused to consider my complaint despite both mothers complaning of short life.
