I bought a bunch of purple beautiful flowers, and the ones delivered were pink, I wouldn't complain about this, as flowers differ depend of the season, but the picture in the website had more than 20 beautiful big flowers, and the one delivered had 2 flowers and 4 tiny ones, all you see is a green plant with no flowers, Next time I rather go myself to find the flowers to the shop, I can find a better bunch of flowers in Sainsbury's for £2.50 and get a delivery person for £20, instead of... Excellent Service, will definitely use again. have used twice in the last twoo weeks and been very happy and so have the recipients.

“Deeply Disappointed - Fruit Basket Delivery”

My mum-in-law had just underwent a knee replacement operation and thought that although none of us could be with her (we're in Hong Kong), it would be great if she received a Fruit Basket from her two Grandkids as a surprise. I selected Same Day delivery, which meant i had to pay an extra 20 quid, but i was happy to do so, cos it would have been really nice for her to receive the gift jus as she came to. Flowers were ordered for a new girlfriend for Valentines day. Placed order on 30 Jan and paid the extra for delivery on 14th Feb. Flowers were actually despatched on the 12th, not delivered on the 14th (girlfriend home all day), no card left and eventually delivered to the neighbors on the 15th. As a consequence the flowers were 4 days old by the time they were received. Yes, they were wilted and in poor condition. Tried ringing the shop on the 14th between 4.30 and 6pm, no answer and... “How wonderfully everything was handled !”

I wanted everything to be best and there i got it ! My sister graduated with merit and i wanted to do something amazingg for her, something she cudnt think of and i do it for her and here i got the best way to congradulate her ! Everything was fantastic and she lovedd it ! :) Everything was same as it was photographed so that is what i appriciate the most ! “Searching around I wanted to find a good arrangement...”

Searching around I wanted to find a good arrangement of orchids for my brother (as they're more man friendly!). Found a good item on the website and ordered it online - the payment process was a little slow but it pushed through in the end! The delivery was trackable and I got an email to confirm it was delivered. I'm impressed and would definitely use them again. (read more)
