I ordered a divan bed and the quality exceeded my expectation for the price. I ordered on Tuesday and got delivery on Wednesday. Couldn't ask for any more. I rang 1st 4 beds on the off chance they would have a domino bunk bed, the gentlemen said he did and i could have it delivered tomorrow. I couldnt believe it as nobody else had this in stock. As promised it arrived the very next day, excellent service, thanks very much 1st 4 beds!!

Rang about 1.30 to ask about delivery of a bed because the website said 1pm was the cut off for next day delivery as another company had let me down and it was my daughters birthday the next day. The gentleman said if I ordered it with him he could get it to me the next day. The bed arrived the next day, its a geat bed. Thanks very much 1st4beds.

I read the reviews and was a bit concerned that a couple of them weren't very good so I rang and spoke to a gentlemen with a northeast twang but didn't let that put me off, I asked the questions I needed and then placed my order. The next morning the bunk bed and mattresses arrived as promised. I started to put the bed up and got a bit confused so I rang up and a gentleman explained what I had done wrong, I am over the moon with the product and the service I have received from 1st4beds. I will recommend them to anybody that wants a new bed.

Ordered a wooden bunk bed on the Tuesday and got delivery Wednesday. Ordered online and everything went smoothly. Got a phone call to make sure I was available for delivery, which was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend 1st4beds to friends and family or anyone looking to buy a bed.

Ordered the Galaxy Leather bed Monday, delivered Tuesday morning!! I was going to place the order online but had a couple of questions so I decided to ring and speak to someone for advice. They were very helpful and were not pushy. They did recommend other products to help get the most from my budget, but the Galaxy was exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and quick delivery, would recommend this company.

I bought the Birlea Tetras bed from 1st4beds primarily because of the price. Reading the reviews on here also helped with my decision. Although I ordered online, I did ring prior. I was re assured that the bed would be ideal for my son, and also that it was in my budget, and with a mattress. I was never made to feel pressured into purchasing. I would have no hesitation in recommending 1st4beds as my order went very smoothly with quick delivery! The bed was delivered in great condition, and was easy to assemble. A friend of mine had previously had problems with another company, and this was a concern, but everything was delivered perfectly. Good job and will be recommending and ordering again in the future!

I ordered this bed on line before 1pm and the bed was delivered the very next day as promised. All of the parts were present and the instructions were very clear. The build quality was excellent and the finished product is very sturdy. I would recommend this bed to anyone with kids or as an extra double for guests.

my computer was playing up so i ended up ringing to place an order for a guest bed i had seen. i was on the phone for about 10 mins and everything was sorted, ordered,delivery and payment!! no nonesense and straight forward. my item was delivered earlier than expected, another added bonus.

i needed to get a double bed, surffed the web, 1st 4 beds definitely came first for presentation and i made my order move immediately.
my bed came as expected - next day by 12pm.
i requested a callback on the day of product delivery, and the customer support was great when the call came.

the service was outstanding, prompt and although i forgot to ask the delivery man's name, he was excellent.
product looked exactly as i expected.
i would spread the gospel about 1st 4 beds.

i searched the web for this bed and found that they did it on here for next day delivery, after phoning in the evening they didnt seem to answer it seems that they work 9 30 to 5 pm not the hours they say. They were very helpful though and the bed arrived by 10 the next day . the bed is great very study and well worth the money.
i must admit going by the picture i thought the little side shelf went with it it wasnt later to i read it through again that i realised this was another 25 pound. i would use them again

I had just had a nightmare with another company and was really unsure about ordering again online without seeing the bed first. I decided to order as I was desperate for a bed for my girls as there last one had to be sent back. I couldnt beleive that the next day delivery would go smoothly but next morning first thing I got delivery and the beds are excellant value. I would highly recomend this company to friends.
