I can't believe the excellent service I have received from 1st4beds.Rang them on friday morning to ask if a certain bed was in stock and to my surprise it was, I have been looking for the Joseph triple bunk for over a month and nobody had any stock. They said that they had a driver free who could deliver the bed in a couple of hours, now thats what I call service!The bed is a quality product not difficult to assemble and the grandchildren think it,s great. Many thanks

After my experience with another bed company and over 6wks delay (and still waiting refund 8wks later btw!!!) I ended up having to go with another company to get the same bed.

I was a little wary about purchasing another bed online. I phoned 1st4bed and the Joseph bed was in stock, the person I spoke with was reassuring I placed my order. I got confirmation by email and in less that 48 hours a lovely guy called me to confirm delivery. I could have had my beds within 4days of placing my order b ...

I did have a few problems but this was more to do with the manufacturer of the bunk beds I ordered than with 1st 4 beds. I found this company to be extremely helpful and they kept their promise that i would receive better made bunks. Their customer service is excellent and they replied to all of my emails even when it was very late in the evening. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

Recently purchased a Joseph Wooden Bunk Bed. Very impressed with the service of 1st4beds. Excellent quality bunk bed, easy to assemble. That impressed order another one within a week!!! No hesitation in recommending this company. A pleasure to deal with!

I ordered a bed from another company which was perfect. Unfortunatly their customer service wasn't and delivery was delayed over and over, and never given any answers. Then I found 1st4beds and ordered the same bed on their price beat promise, and got it cheaper in the end as I didn't have to pay delivery. They were so helpfull and I wish that I had ordered with them first time round. I got the bed of my dreams, saved money and felt confident in the staff. Thanks 1st4beds.
