I recieved my order literally 3 days from when I ordered it..which was awesome! I've tried a bunch of different self tanners, after finding out I had skin cancer on my face, probably due to using suntan beds for 20 years...and I have to say, so far I LOVE this product! I love the fact after applying it, there's no stickiness! I honestly couldn't tell I had anything on. I've read some reviews that some people smell a slight fragrance, but I think that's balogna! I absolutely LOVE self tan, I've been using it for years and have literally tried everyone on the market today. I got so excited about Famous Dave's when I saw people raving about it on the internet so I rushed out to buy a bottle from boots for around £28. Application was lovely.. went on without a problem and the guide colour was a nice deep brown. Read so many good reviews about this product so decided too give it a try, it was very easy too apply and dried very quickly but still gives enough time too blend. The smell was not very strong, i put this on at night before going too bed and woke the next morning too find it had left stains on my bed sheets but these came off easily in the wash. Once i had a shower the overall colour in my opinion was orange not brown at all this maybe because i have fairly pale skin too start with as i get... (read more)

I've used quite a few fake tans over the years and this is by far my favourite. It's really easy to put on (I use a mitt) and with the mousse you get an instant colour which develops further in a few hours with no stinky smell.
I would defo recommend the tanning mousse. I'm quite fair skinned and it gives a really nice natural coulour.
I've just ordered the lotion to try for the first time so i'll let you know what I think of that.

Famous Dave's Dark Tanning Mousse is by far the BEST self tanner I have ever used! It has great water-like consistancy so a little goes far. The truth about the smeel is that when you apply it it smells a little like marzipan, which is not unpleasant, and when it is developing it smells slightly for about an hour, but soon fades. Unlike other tanners, it doesn't transfer onto anything- clothes, bed and the smell doesn't linger for days. You can wash after a few hours as usual and it wont... (read more)

Famous Dave's Tanning Mousse must be the best fake tanner I've tried, and I've tried all the high street brands and the more expensive ones inc Fake bake, St Tropez, Xentan. I used the mitt to apply it and it only took me a couple of minutes to tan my entire body, soooo easy! It dries really quickly and isn't sticky at all. I have used every fake tan going, inc fake bake which was a complete waste of money left me with no tan and cost a fortune. Famous daves tan rocks! its the best i have used, easy to put on just make sure you exfoliate and moisterise the day before, i used a tanning mitt, it does have a bit of a fake tan smell, colour is quite dark and natural, would fully recomend, At last a fake tan that is great, (read more)

Having not had much experience with fake tanners, I bought this off the back of the testominials and press-cuttings I read on their website, and I have to say it's fantastic!
The colour is very realistic, almost the same colour as I go in the sun. The mousse is absorbed instantly onto the skin, but still leaves you plenty of time to blend.
