    What can be said about Shakespeare that has not been said before. Perhaps that is why no one has reviewed the complete works here before. No matter what anyone tells you, the fact is that Shakespeare was, and still is, the greatest writer in the English language. The incredible poetry, the use of real language, the wonderful stories he created with romance, drama, politics, and comedy. They are the template for so much of what has come since, but have never been beaten.

    Go and buy it, and read it. It's accessible, it's fun, it's moving, it makes you proud to be British.
