English Blinds delivered a fantastic service. I urgently needed a black out blind for a visitor. They were able to suggest fabric they had in stock and told me later that day the blind was already despatched. The courier kept me informed too. Ordered 4 made to measure wooden venetian blinds. They arrived withing a week and are excellent quality. There are exactly as the website pictures. To be honest I have 2 other Laura Ashley blinds (which were 3 times as expensive) and you wouldnt notice the difference! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because the pelmets didnt fit and I had to cut a bit of the pelmet end to fit in the recesses but it was only slightly out and you dont notice it at once Id sawn it o.ff. I have used them before for some roller blinds and will definitely use again. The made to measure roman blinds I ordered are absolutely beautiful and all fit perfectly. Simply beautiful roller blinds. I must say that even the wonderful fabric samples i ordered from them don't do the blinds justice when you see them up at the windows. They are extremely high quality and have a very expensive look about them. The staff on the end of the phone are helpful and friendly and made the whole process very simple. The blinds arrived only four days after ordering them and they fitted perfectly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. (read more)

When I ordered the blinds I rang and requested that they warn me when delivery was due so I could arrange for someone to be in. They didn't. I got an email saying shipped. They didn't arrive. I asked for tracking number. UPS said held in warehouse, no explanation. After a couple of calls to English blinds they chased the delivery with UPS themselves. Package damaged. Five out of six blinds arrived. Chased again. Sixth blind eventually arrived but no fittings for any of them. ... (read more)

I ordered the roller blinds on line and give them a ring to see how long it would take to make them and get them delivered to me.The person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and the blinds were delivered within 5 working days. Similar situation as the previous reviewer I am still waiting after several weeks and promise of re dispatch etc. English blinds have advised they sent my order by royal mail but failed to send them recorded delivery. Now they have gone missing in the post and the company have no way of tracing their whereabouts. All very strange. Still awaiting delivery after 3 weeks and numerous phone calls with different excuses and unlike the previous reviewer they have taken the money from my account. Wesite was OK but email confirming order has no tracking order number and their phone seems to be manned by someone who does not do what he says. Ok so I cant understand the above reviews. Maybe the company is no longer running??? I ordered online two roller blinds two weeks ago.I didnt recieve a confirmation email. So I have been trrying to phone them every day since but no-body is replying!!! Luckily they havent taken my money out of my account.
I still havent recieved the goods! They quote that they deliver from 5 -10 days. But thats not happened. I will just have to try elsewhere.

I bought 5 roller blinds recently off English Blinds to go around the sides of my conservatory. The person on the end of the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying blinds online a breeze.
