    Good Points: Life changing, learned about how to care for my body while I cleansed it. Lost one stone. The detox staff were genuingly caring, compassionate and professional. Fantastic quality of facilities, information and support as well as a great group of people to share the fast with.


    Bad Points: Sometimes the detox was really not easy. I've done three before and there is that place that I think 'ouch'! But it passes (and there was excellent support) and now I feel many distructive patterns of eating and being have been broken and eliminated. Thank you!


    General comments: What can I say? I learned so much on this detox retreat - that You get out literally what you put in. I'm very excited about my future healthier life, I'm grateful too. I'm sure I've never met such a great detox team (and the leader is very special - she leads the meditation and nutrition) they covered detox of mind-body and spirit. The Journey therapy, the Massage, the meditation and nutrition bingo - it was all very very good. I've had a great time. And the location is really beautiful too, peaceful countryside with a fab indoor pool and sauna and great accomodation. Excellent!
