Good Points: Customer Support answers the phone very quickly.
Bad Points: Unreliable Servers. Customer support can't give a straight answer regarding the status of any requests.
General comments: I have been with them for 3 Years, not because I like them, more because it was a huge challenge to move our site to a different host. Until one day their server went down for 13 HOURS! (IIS Died - No ASP) and they could not fix it. All hell broke loose and our CEO demanded that we move away from them as soon as possible. Our IT team spent many hours moving the site to a new host and our company lost several thousand in sales in just that day.

We nervously moved to US hosting at Datapipe because of the expensive price of high bandwidth utilisation in the UK. Our main concern was that the time difference would mean longer delays in support requests. How wrong we were ! We were previously used to a 3 hr response time and happy with it. Most of our support requests are now answered in 5-10 mins day or night ! Nice one Datapipe !
There is no noticeable performance degredation for our UK visitors either.
UK hosting companies better ...
