    General comments: The plane was excellent. Very clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant. they were very helpful. The plane had good entertainment, with small tvs with films and shows played and some reading material. The flight went brilliantly, no delays or anything. the inflight meal was of a good standard. It was a very quick and safe flight. It was very good value for money. Fly with mytavel every chance you get. You will not be let down.

    I Went To Salou For A Holidy from East Midlands Airport, flying with MyTravel. The Flight There Was On Time Even Though We Did Hold The flight Up. The flight back was 20 mintues late but that was fine. The flight attendents were excellent. we didn't get a meal as it was only a 2 hour flight. But other people did and they said it was good. There was great leg room, and you weren't squashed.

    Phoned them up to pay the balance and they told us that our names were the wrong way around. (Christian name/Surname). To correct this we would have to pay an administration charge of £30.00 per person. This is £60.00 for them to change our names around. Do not use them!

    Air conditioning broken in section of seating made the whole flight unbearably cold. Staff very unfriendly, almost made to feel bad for asking for assistance, miserable tired ageing faces, hehe behaving like their supermodels er.....no. Food tasteless but then is'nt most flight food, had to pay for drinks prior to meal should this have not been included in the flight deal? Limited 3 TV channels to watch not easy to operate and had to listen to the volume with only one earphone working very annoy ...

    I prebooked inflight meals when the tickets arrived they said no inflight meals on them after a forty minute wait on the phone I was told by Thomas Cook they were on our booking and not to worry, at checkin I asked again only to be told there were no meals for us and it was to late to do anything about it but they would be onboard for the return flight! and guess what they wern`t.In flight entertainment didn't work, seats were crowded no leg room

    This is a cheap airline and if you bear that in mind you wont go wrong. I feel many of the people traveling on these flights who complain are either inexperienced travelers or people who expect Concorde treatment. You aint going to get it. I've travelled 3 times with my travel to Mexico, Dominican Republic and Las Vegas. No trouble or frills. The crews on all my flights have been fine and I must praise the check in crew at Manchester who despite being a rainy day at 5.30am, managed to be bright ...

    OutBound To London Gatwick to Sanford On 16th Oct 07, We Are suprised to see no delay! We were happy with mytravel customer services prior to trip. Boarded on time and generally had good trip out. However the food once again was not up to scratch and crew were very unprofessional.     We actually flew on a TCX plane with mixed crew and MYT flight number. Outbound was fine - on time, smooth ride, pleasant service.

    Inbound was delayed - due away at 1630 but didn't start boarding til 1845 and in air 1930 after confusion over baggage. TCX had lost a plane to a technical early morning in GLA and had been trying to catch up all day according to the captain.     For a long haul flight such as the 11 hours my husband and I just endured to Trivandrum (Kerela India) with My Travel, you would expect the basics to be there. We never expected first class travel after paying a lower fare for our flight, however no seat back TV's, tiny seat pitches, rubbish on the floor, rude staff, and very very poor food was what we received.

    In fact we have been more comfortable on an Easy Jet flight and had more leg room.

    Staff very nice, it's good value - can't complain at the price. Hopefully take over by Thomas Cook will improve the airline further still.

    I found this airline OK for the price paid, we upgraded to Premium Economy as the flight was 10 hours and had no complaints, however I would not want to travel economy on these planes as the seating was very tight!

    On return flight to Gatwick we were told that we were to fly to Manchester to drop people off then on to Gatwick. This all seemed very strange as we had to pass Gatwick to Manchester, hence having to then go back on ourselves.

    We were then not told until we landed that we had to exit the aircraft, collect our luggage and queue to once again check in for our flight back to Gatwick.

    I would recommend My Travel to anyone. I couldn't fault the service at all. The meals were excellent. The journey was very smooth. I don't understand why people have reviewed My Travel badly. Please bear in mind that My Travel is one of the largest charter flight operators in the world, who flys over millions of people yearly.

    A BIG HANDS UP TO MY TRAVEL! Keep up all the good work.

    Any disabled person should heed this review and never use MY TRAVEL, our aircraft was changed to a Boeing 767 it was designed for short hall with seating 2-3-2 this was modified to 2-4-2, taking my 91yr old disabled mother all through the booking I was assured a medical seat, aircrew informed that only meant seated near to a toilet.She could not get into the seat as the armrests had been fixed not to lift, the nearest route to the toilet via the bulk head we were told not to use as these passeng ...

    The flight was delayed for 12 hours because of mechanical problems. The put us up in a hotel for the time, but when we arrived at 12am for the booking queue, the departure was delayed until 4am. The food was wholly disgusting - they simply kept the food that would have been served for the original departure time - 12 hours earlier. By the time we were served breakfast on board (18 hours after the original departure!), the food had nearly melted. The breakfast menu consisted of pizza!

    Being a humble working class person who has saved for over a year to make this very special trip i was very disappointed, upon settling into my seat i asked for a pillow only to be told that they have all gone.
    a 10 hour flight is a long time with no T.V. monitor, you read the brochures which promise a seat back screen for the entertainment, my first and las t experience with My Travel was not so.

    General lack of customer service. Worst flight ever. Ruined holiday of a lifetime to Florida.

    Wrote and complained. They didn't even bother to put a stamp on the reply and it cost me £1.04 to retrieve it from the Post Office. Just sent back standard template letter - no personal touch whatsoever. Just awful.
