Well was not sure about using this company website didn't looks much. That said that was all that was wrong with this company a great service from start to finish. On arriving at the airport they where there to meet us the car is at the airport about 80m from the front door. We where given a brand new car we paid £189 for two weeks other company's wanted £500 to £700. We hire a car at Dalaman three times a year, having read reviews thought we would try Pandora, we needed to change our booking at a few hours notice, Pandora were so helpful with this and were extremely efficient throughout. Although not new the car was perfectly acceptable, staff were on time to meet us both on collection and return and the price was right. I can highly recommend Pandora Car Rentals at Dalaman Airport and will surely be using them again. I've rented cars all around the world over a number of years and this was certainly the best service I've ever received. We had hired a 7 seater Hyundai but we had a couple of late additions so there were 8 of us. No problem for the guys at Pandora as the car actually had 10 seats. They have a system where you can fill in one of their forms before you travel, so when you arrive there is no paperwork to do. A quick signature and cash payment (saves about £65 on paying by card) and we were away. Okay, the car had about 65,000 km on the clock but everything worked and the tyres were in good shape. Never collected and dropped a hire car so quickly - done in minutes, no queuing we were met at arrivals, walked a few metres to the car put the bags in the boot signed one form paid cash and we were off. Drop off was even easier. Brilliant service and great value for money with no hidden costs. Don't be tempted by other hirers who appear to be cheaper! (read more)

£336 for 28 days paid when we collect car. You can pay in Sterling or TYL. This was cheaper than any others we saw, some were nearly £100 more for same car. They met us from our flight with a board and took us to the car. No problems with the car. Not concerned with chips or scratches just major
dents etc.. and fully insured. We hired the Fiat Albea brand new had air con.Also option to get sat nav for a few extra pounds.As usual just enough fuel in tank to get to garage outside the airport....

and easy to use and the confirmation came immediatly. When I had to change the flight details used manage my booking which was very efficient.

I will not write to much because my last review got deleted anyway (I assume by dalamancarrental guys). Be careful with them, it seems to be a systematic rip off for tourists. They will charge your credit card for a security deposit which you will never receive back once you got back home, so dont get irritated by their good rates. Rather invest the money for a more serious rental agency. (read more)

We have found Pandora Car Rentals to be very professional and efficient. The local manager speaks excellent English and has greeted us personally each time we have hired.
There was no problem in finding the vehicle as we were taken to it in the car park. The car was in excellent condition, and both in May and September was nearly new. On return to the airport we were met at the departure gate on handover with no hitches.
We recommend Pandora to all visiting our villa, without hesitation.

Cheap price compared to other companies. I was dubious after reading another review but pleasantly surprised with the ease of take over and hand back; the excellent condition of the vehicle; the personal service and the total insurance cover. Paid in pounds cash without any problems.
My one mistake was filling the car up at the first petrol station and handing it back with over a quarter of a tank. In hindsight I would only put 50 lira worth of petrol in and top up when needed.
