I am an eternal fan of Susan Sarandon but that is not the reason why I loved Lorenzo's Oil, a true story of a boy who has adrenoleukodystrophy or ALD, and how his parents, Sarandon and Nolte, struggled to no end for finding the ultimate remedy to his illness although its quite late for their son Lorenzo they are still hoping not for Lorenzo but for the rest of the ALD world.
