Recommended by a fitter to buy my Karndean Flooring from this company. He always gets it from them and said they were the cheapest place around. True they were and I though well they may be too good to be true but no professional sales staff, easy ordering and delivery within 10 days - they buy in bulk to get the price down so a tad longer than others but hey I am very organised. Never bought big items online but a friend and family member have got some floors from his company. I didn't fancy placing online myself so called. The chap was efficient knowledgable and helpful. He reassured me goods weren't seconds (which a local shop suggested they were) worked out what I needed. The goods came in a week as discussed fitted and I am v v pleased. The delivery charge was astronomical! £18!!! But I needed the bits so I paid it upfront. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you have flooring delivered which is faulty they will not refund your money. They do not comply with online selling practices but make up their own. Found these guys via google. After some deliberation decided to get some Balterio laminate and stair carpet. The laminate was in stock and came within a week fitted and everything fine. The carpet took 2 weeks which I understood at ordering. The flooring looks fab, I forgot the glue but they did call to ask me if i needed this and it was added to the order. Have used this company more than 30 times, as I am a fitter, they are always polite and curteous the goods arrive as stated I get an email to confirm the exact date and that is the date it arrives. I rang them to ask how quickly they could deliver they checked their stock and promised a Friday delivery, Friday came and went - no delivery when I phoned I was told that they had run out of glue so the delivery would be next week. When I asked why they didn't ring to tell me as i could have got the glue elsewhere the man on the other end of the phone became a bit nasty. Excellent price I ordered an extra pack and the local shops could still not match the price. Delivered when requested and in good condition. But 2 deliveries, 1 for the flooring + a seperate one for the sunderies. Not sure why? Customer communication could have been better but acceptable. I will never use this company again. My order arrived and my young son was asked by the delivery man to carry it from the van in to my house, my son did this to find it was the wrong delivery. I was informed that the problem would be rectified the day after. We ordered the balterio flooring dnwas told it would take up to 14 days but could be within 7. We waited over 14 and when they delivered all the scotia, end profile, etc was missing. I rang them up and they did email me back to say it would be deliered 4 days later. When they delivered the flooring the deiver refused to come into our driveway saying he couldn't get the lorry in (despite the fact we have oil tankers delivering to us) and my husband had to drive half a mile down the road... I can only assume that any positive reviews about this company have been written by staff. Not only did they send me a lower quality carpet than I had actually ordered (32oz instead of 50oz) but they double charged my credit card. I had bought online before from another carpet company who were great but on this occasion I needed it within a couple of days. Really wished I'd have waited. Ordered carpet and underlay online, having spoken on the phone to ask for advice on carpet size. Paid for 11 square metres of carpet but received only 10.25 and they refused to return any money stating that the carpet would fit the floor sizes I spoke about on the phone. When the underlay was opened by my carpet fitters 4.5 square metres out of 15 was found to be damaged but,I had to make the decision on whether the fitters should continue fitting it so I told them to go ahead, and luckily... On the morning of delivery date, I contacted ILF to see if they were able to advise of a delivery time as my wife and 2 young children where waiting in all day. I was then advised that the delivery was not coming as it had been damaged in transit but we still had to wait in for the door profile... Thanks. I had an awful experance to. They did not call like they said they would. I had to call them. When I called I asked them what address they had she did not ask me this. They had my wrong address, so I had to correct that myself. The next day the flooring did arrive but they had combined our flooring with someone elses. The driver did not know there was a mistake until I told him we had not ordered that much flooring. When I questioned him about the mixed up order he told me to go one the van and check it myself, which I did because I wanted to help the other person who's order had been combined with ours.
Be aware that Carpet Right Europe's biggist carpet specialists and who also sell wood flooring etc deal with We Love Floors, yes I Love Floors ring a bell. Both awful.

Purchased some Kersaint Cobb Wood and Carpet from iloveflooring. They saved me so much money from High Street!! Fitter suggested I usedthem. Wood flooring and carpet arrived seperatley which was a bit annoying but understandable - carpet couple of days late due to stock at kersaint cobb. However I understand you cannot have everything. Called to ask about delivery times but decided to place it online overnight. Got an email confirming delivery came all wrapped on a pallet delivery guy was helpful and offered to help me offload.

Used this company many times no problems am sorry that some people have. However its best to know that if you decide to return a product it is down to you to pay that carriage. I have fitted Amtico for years and thus far this company are by far the best I have used on price and service.
The price is competitive deliveries a couple of weeks, mainly due to bulk buying staff been fine No problems over the last 8 orders.

Yes I agree they sent me 5 packs one was a different colour & they arranged the delivery at very short notice, I checked my email at 11pm the day before they were delivering it I had to go to work that day a courtesy call to arrange this would have been better.They will not refund or exchange the pack that's thd wrong shade will not use this company again !
