    Good Points: Brilliant customer service
    Lovely made bed
    Good price
    Built it for us.

    General comments: The Living Storage Company is a company we stumbled across after having to send another companies bed back as it would not fit up the stairs.

    They were terrific. Their customer services was brilliant. Their product knowledge was great. They advised me on the telephone which bed would go up the stairs and offered a range of fabrics. All this for £499 (on sale Mar 2009) for a superking ottoman storage bed!

    I had arranged a delivery time of 9am by telephone. This was backed up with an order form before delivery.
    They arrived before 9am and had the bed built in 3/4 of an hour. Our mattress had been purchased seperately and due its weight they changed the struts to bear the weight of the mattress better. They also said if we had any problems with them they would come back and change them again.

    All in all a terrific business. It is quite new, we took a gamble as we could see no reviews on it, but it really paid off.

    I would thoroughly recommend this company.
