    Good Points: They were cheapest.


    Bad Points: Just hope you dont have to claim.


    General comments: I was burgled 2 weeks ago, the assessor turned up 4 days later and basically from the word go, I felt that they treated me like the criminal, did not believe a word I was saying, questioned every item I knew that was taken (which in my opinion was not much 2 tv's, 2 consoles, laptop and various cables and remotes, I believe I disturbed them as I arrived home so saved considerably more from been taken)

    Phoned up to complain about the treatment I have received but I've not had any apology so far, once I get the claim sorted, I won't be renewing with them as getting burgled is stressful enough without feeling like a criminal on top of it all.

    Now they want my utility bills as they are saying they don't believe I have been living there (my house is under renovation, but it's a work in progress and I still live in it), I don't know if this is a response to me putting in a complaint.
