I have tried used My virtual home a fair bit, I am disapointed and glad I havent paid for this software. Firstly upon loading the program my vitrual home appears to contain great graphical detail and amazing possibilites. In the menu of items, furniture, materials, etc there isnt alot of choice in furniture or brands available, not giving realistic options for decorating a house designed. “One Amazing Software!”

I downloaded mvh software over the weekend and took a couple hours to get familiar with it. It is a great software with nice graphics and so many choices. I tried other free home design software which was okay but not as good as this. I use it because I just love architecture. It's easy to use and fun and is better than some home design software you pay for. This is quality. (read more)

“Historically one of the challenges with My Virtual...”

Historically one of the challenges with My Virtual Home was the file size.
The significant library of objects and materials built into the program meant that the install exe was over 600 MB and it was a large file to download. Version 2 which is currently in Beta has a much reduced install size, now some 35MB. (read more)

My Virtual Home has amazing graphics and really easy to use. What more do you need. I have tried to use quite a lot of home design programs over the years and My Virtual Home is the first one that I have actually managed to make a close representation of what it was I was trying to build. It great fun along the way. eg: You get to open doors and turn lights on etc. Just like a game really. Does need a powerful PC to run properly. (read more)
