I have dealt with windor a number of times over the years. I can remember when they were a small family company and the service then was very personal. I have recently had a conservatory installed by them and I can honestly say that the service and quality of workmanship was nothing but outstanding.
I was quite wary of approaching the windor of present as they now are a very large company with huge showrooms and I was concerned that the service would no longer be what it was and that they had just become another selling machine with no regard to the customer.
I found the sales staff extremely helpful, never once did I feel under pressure, I dealt with Andrew the sales manager who gave me all the confidence I needed to place the order !!!
The builders, fitters and workmen were a delight to have on my property, yes there where a couple of small niggles, but windor dealt with them extremely efficiently and even serviced my front door that they installed over 15 years ago !!!
When my installation was completed Andrew the sales manager even came around to have a look and make sure I was happy even though he did'nt need to. It was nice to see him at the end, he certainly had'nt took our money and ran like so many other sales people !
I urge anyone who wants double glazing or a conservatory to give windor a go I cannot praise them enough,

I had windor double glazing installed over 10 yrs ago, the reason we chose them was because the salesman was not pushy and seemed to have our best intrests at heart. Recently we wanted to have a large conservatory installed and despite the fact that windor has became a much larger company than when we first dealt with them we were delighted to find that they still had the same salesman with whome we dealt with 10 yrs ago !!!!

Brought a conservatory from win-dor 5 years ago very very pleased, and about to buy conservatory for new house will go back to win-dor with out a doubt.

Win-dor Astraseal is a very poor quality product. After 4 days just one window was fitted which was left unsealed externally and had a large crack in the central pane. Materials not ready [not even the required scaffolding!] despite Windor nominating start date. Fitters disappeared after 1.5 days and have not reappeared. Really bad experience.

After 4 days only one window had been fitted which has a large crack in it and is not sealed at the top. Some materials eg front door not even manufactured despite Win-dor Astraseal nominating the installation dates. Windows of very poor quality with plastic sealant and chips everywhere. Fitters left site after one day and still waiting to hear from them....

I would not hesitate recommending Win-dor (Astaseal) to anyone. The salesman seemed generally interested in giving us the best deal and best products. No pushy salesmen, showrooms to see product at your own pace,kept informed at all times, polite people from salesmen to fitters, fitters took massive pride in their work and left the house clean.
