I originally moved to Lloyds Direct Investment ISA as the costs were very low and I thought why pay higher than necessary fees when I'm managing my share portfolio myself anyway. However within days it became apparent that Lloyds ISA have a very very basic ISA share offering. For instance there is no Android App so you can check matters when mobile. The website itself has no capability to show shares in anything other than alphabetical order. So, with respect to your shares, you can't sort in terms of value, % growth, £ growth etc. You can't even export the data to excel as there is no export function. When you try and copy & paste from the screen it can't paste into excel without introducing multiple blank rows and misalignment After several attempts at feedback and pointing out that competitor websites did offer this function the responses were either of silence or "no plans to introduce in the near future" I'm now transferring my ISA to another provider who does offer all the above functionality on their website for pretty much the same cost. The lovely Lloyds are charging me £25 per stock for the privilege of leaving them. I'm glad to be shot of them but let others be warned
