    Ordered from this store based on the 24-48 hour delivery and their prices.

    Firstly I was charged 17.5% VAT instead of 15%. Emailed twice and got no reply, couldnt get an answer on the phone.

    Goods finally arrived after 10days. Was VERY poorly packed and some of the items inside were marked and a toolbox I ordered had a hinge come off.

    2 items were missing as were on back order. I would not have placed an order if I knew this was going to be the case. Managed to get hold of someone on the phone. Was told I would be called back as to when I would receive my missing items. Finally later on the next day I was called back and given a date. The date was ok and I specifically told them it had to arrive on that date at the latest or it would not be convenient for me.

    It is now three days after that date and they have not arrived. I am going abroad on Monday and I cannot get hold of the company. No answer when I ring. I presume the goods will get delivered whilst I am abroad. No one at my house and they will most likely get sent back.

    I buy literally 100s of items off the internet every month and this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I know I have gone on a bit, and it is going against what the other people have said about them. Hopefully this is just a one off situation that has happened to me. I have never reviewed anything before, but I really felt on this occasion I had to say something.

    regular customer at Tools4trade Ltd . prices are very competitve staff have a vast amount of knowledge about tools and generally are a very helpful bunch. Will recommend to friends. I picked up a makita impact driver and a few hand tools and delivery was on time and effiecent.

    Now, I am regular at tools4trade.com, have purchased many products over there, has never been let down, have always found what I wished and got delivered in time. A wide Range, Highly User Friendly and above all efficient delivery.
