Absolutely brilliant - After looking on various web sites I ordered a Dewalt drill on Friday from Tools 4 Trade and was informed that item was despatched on Friday, New drill arrived on Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday). Well packaged - wrapped to prevent courier seeing what was in the parcel. Tracked parcel via FedEx website. Could not have had a more pleasant experience. Will definitely use again. (read more)

Quick despatch but wrong goods were received. Very rude on the phone and it transpired that my goods had be sent to another customer and mine to them. I was told to send goods back by 2nd class post and when they received my item back from the other customer they would send it on. I asked for the item to be collected, but was told it was too expensive. A good Company can be judged on it's performance in the way in which it deals with it's errors, this Company is clearly lacking. Find an... (read more)

I decided to add my review as there were some VERY bad reviews of this coompany I placed my order - was told within one day that the item was out of stock and so would be a delayed for a couple of days - was told in 2 days that the item was dispatched and it turned up the following day cannot fault this for service and their price was the best I could find after extensive research have not tested the item yet but as it is in its original packaging - if it is faulty it is not their... Was worried by so many negative reviews but you speak as you find and my experience was very good. 2 days after ordering I tried to call and failed to get through. Similar experience to the bad reviews:-( but the next day I spoke to a very helpful lady who said the good would be delivered in a couple of days. I placed an order for some tools for our Production department and received an email to say the order had been processed and would be dispatched shortly. When I checked the status of the order online 5 days later it said the order was cancelled. They never notified me and after getting no reply from 2 further emails asking why it had been cancelled, I had to telephone them to make sure my payment had been refunded.
I will never trade with them again - their customer service is none existant....

Competitive prices, but appalling customer service I'm afraid. I'd advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company to telephone the number on their website first. I guarantee you'll get no answer, just a recorded message. With this in mind, ask yourself how they can resolve any problems with your order when they don't reply to your emails either.
