We stayed in Olive Tree Villa, Paxos, in June 2009. We like peace and quiet and the location is superb - tucked away in a tiny settlement up a small lane but within easy reach of the capital village, Gaios. No sea views but the setting in the gardens and olive groves is delightful. Compared to some of the newer villas on Paxos, this one I suppose could be considered slightly old-fashioned inside and really our only negative is that is doesn't have aircon. BUT it is a good size, has 3 shower rooms/wc's, an open plan kitchen/living area, a very large covered verandah and a huge private pool area. All 3 of the bedrooms are a good size and the master has an en-suite. There are a few steps up to the terrace, but once you're inside it is all on one level. The charming Greek owners live close by and are there if you need assistance. A car is essential but Olympic include one in the cost of the holiday. Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended.
