Good Points: It had Lestat in it.
General comments: The book is poorly written at best and Anne Rice should be ashamed of herself for letting such a book out into the world. The book brings no closure and in this sad excuse for a book, Lestat is not even Lestat! But some whining fool parading as Lestat!

I liked Anne Rice, Blood Canticle (Vampire Chronicles) a lot as it is quite different from the others but not in a bad way. It shows more about the feelings of the courageous and devilishly handsome Lestat. It also introduces a few new characters and story lines. It has the lovely Blackwood Farm, and includes lots of new information about all the characters. It had me enthralled from the very first page and I could hardly put the book down it was so good.
