Don't buy tech from this joke of a company. They'll wait a few days and then cancel your order. Then it's too late to reorder from any other firm as PS5 bundle offer has been sold out! Useless.

“Their customer service is appalling”

This is without any doubt the worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with ! Not only do they sell cheaply made items, their customer service people blatantly lie in chat enquiries. I'm still waiting for a refund 2 months later, I've even emailed their CEO, who didn't even bother to respond ! Save your hard warnt money and buy from an honest and reliable company who won't let you down or rip you off !!

“Great customer service”

Jacamo clothing is great quality and our orders are delivered quickly. I recently order two polo shirts from Jacamo and had a promo code. At checkout there was no option for promo code so I emailed them They advised that not all items are available with a promo code but they applied the promo code for the two polo shirts and I got 11.60 back. Fantastic customer service.

“Refunds - you will wait!”

I placed an order for a coat. Delivery stated 3-5 days which meant it would arrive for when I needed it. I checked the email receipt and the delivery was scheduled for much later. I contacted customer services to cancel my order to be advised that they didn't have the item in stock - it would be another 8 days before they took delivery of it. The money as taken from my bank and they refused to refund until they had the item in stock.

“Faulty item and terrible customer service ”

Ordered a novelty light for a Christmas present. Once opened on Xmas day the recipient went to put the cable in the USB port and it fell inside the unit meaning it would not work. Contacted Jacamo who advised to return for a refund, I asked for an exchange but they would not do that. Went through the Hermes return to parcel shop, used the printer in the shop and it was sent back. Nearly two weeks later I heard nothing, I contacted Jacamo via email who advised they hadn’t received and could take up to two weeks for refund. I waited then contacted them recently as it was nearly a month now. They don’t have the item. Asked me for the receipt from the return (now nearly a month later so it’s been thrown out no doubt) and have been advised no refund. Why they didn’t ask for the receipt during first contact if they didn’t have the return after a few days is beyond me. I would have still had the receipt at that point. Anyway having used Amazon and Hermes returns for years, not one parcel has ever went missing. Using Jacamo one time, and receiving a faulty item, and then they advise they never received the return (even though it’s the same process and same company I’ve used for other companies) - doesn’t fill me with hope for ever using them again. Thanks god I’m not a heavy set man so I won’t ever need to use their company for clothes.

“Bad company bad practice”

They open an account for you give you a limit after your first order they withdraw your limit so whatever you initially order thats what you will receive silly discriminating practice. Avoid like a plague!

“Words company I have ever felt with”

Without a don't the wise company I have ever felt with. Customer service are in South Africa and their service is wirsevever, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have ordered from them many times. Constant issues, issues take minimum of two calls to get things sorted, and even then it's never perfect and you are made to feel stupid because stuff in their website don't work, to much company policy on basic issues. Still waiting on a refund for a faulty item, after phoning nip twice. I would never use this company ever again. Use at your peril.

“Do not order from them! Terrible first and last...”

First experience ordering from them and it has been so so bad! The promised fast delivery and we have been waiting for over a week. Called customer service yesterday and firstly they said that they attempted to deliver, when have been at home the whole week. Then they told us that they were only 2 items available for delivery out of the 5!!! Terrible customer service!! We then decided to cancel the order and we are waiting for a refund! They didn't even had the decency of sending a cancellation email back to us! But they took the money from my account in less than 10 mins!!

“Customer service ”

Firstly I ordered several items clothing and a watch, I was told it would all come at the same time it didn’t I’m still waiting for the rest of my order !!!...go online to try a make sense of what is going on and failed so found Jacamo’s customer service number to call about the issue I’m having ( I totally understand about the virus thing )....I was waiting for a member from customer service to answer I was on hold for over three hours and had to hang up because of a commitment i had !!!!. I have never in my 40 years of life waited 3+ hours to then have to hang up !!!!....I’m blown away by this and blaming the virus is a total cop out.

“Customer service is terrible”

Customer service is terrible. Refuse to replace faulty items, they take 2 weeks to refund them instead and leave you to make another order. Email communication is entirely just copied & pasted standard responses.

“Avoid This Terrible Company”

I have been a Jacamo customer for years. I have an impeccable payment history with them. Now I am unable to use my account because they have made an arbitrary decision that I am a bad risk. Despite making full payments on time every month they constantly show my account as being over its limit!! Which it is not!! When I complained I received a pompous response that they reserve the right to do this! They now ignore my attempts to get an explanation why I am being treated like this. Avoid this company if you value your credit rating. They have destroyed mine for no reason and refuse to enter into any dialogue about it. They operate like shady back street second hand car salesmen. Making up rules as they go and believe they can get away with their shabby treatment of a customer with an excellent record.

“Terrible service”

Absolutely terrible customer service, 15 minutes live chat and hardly a basic grasp of English language. Cant sign in even with account no, but saved me the bother now because after years of being a customer will now be closing my account. I will not have to be spoken down to by these incompetent lazy unhelpful individuals any more. Good luck Jacamo you are heading for a big fall if you carry on treating customers in this way. No customers = no customer services=no jobs for these unprofessional individuals

“Good Clothes - awful delivery and customer service”

As with nearly every other negative review my case revolves around non delivery of items and the lack of will by Jacamo to sort it out. I Am a new customer and only accept deliveries by click and collect so items cannot claim to be delivered, left with a neighbour or I'm out by the courier. My first 2 orders were fine. On 28th January I made two more orders, 1 was delivered 2 days later (excellent) the other I'm still waiting for. The other delivery has been back and forth to the wrong address 5 times and since I pointed this out 4 days ago has now sat at the delivery firm with no activity. Finally lost patience and demanded Jacamo cancel the order and refund it. They refused stating that as it was out for delivery they couldn't do this and advised me to wait another week. Definitely not, I am a click and collect customer, the delivery is with their chosen agent not mine, they are in control as the delivery agent will not accept contact from me. Unhelpful would be the most polite way of describing their customer service, completely obstructive and useless would be another. In the end, despite 7 phone calls and 6 emails I've had to contact my credit card company and put the items in dispute to stop this farce. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a helpful agent at the credit card company after the way I was treated at Jacamo. Perhaps they could learn a lesson from this. One would hope so but probably not. I would never place a another order with Jacamo after this experience or recommend them to anyone. Such a shame nice clothes, rotten service!

“Excellent customer experience”

Attended the Jacamo store in the Manchester Arndale Centre today, 3/01/2017. Greeted and made to feel most welcome upon entering the premises by a lady, who proceeded to point out which goods I was looking for after providing me with my current neck and chest measurements which are unfortunately bloated, temporarily I hope! After trying on the garments in a spacious fitting room, I was served at the till by an equally friendly and efficient staff member. I enrolled for a store card after his talk extolling its advantages. You can have a store card with a choice of paying in full or monthly. I chose the option to pay in full as I have an extreme aversion to paying interest charges! The benefit to me is that I got 10% off my initial order, I will be informed of future sales via email and I will be allowed a 20% discount off any order that is placed on my birthday. Not exactly being a fashion icon, it looks like my birthday will be the time of my future clothes purchases. Looking through the reviews, I think it would be more customer friendly if Jacamo were to advise customers that their orders were cancelled due to credit checks, though I find it hard to believe that they can authorise a credit limit then take it away. You are setting yourself up for criticism. Don't grant the credit until your checks are done to your satisfaction. I do think it is a nice touch that Jacamo answer all reviews. Most companies keep their heads down. I have transgressed from my review. Thank you for making my shopping experience an enjoyable one.

“Irresponsible selling tacktics ”

This company regularly sends out "Sorry" notices saying that they are sorry for any issues, and then go onto giving you a 20% discount and free delivery, but this "Sorry" only lasts for about 2 days, how can any company be sorry for 2 days, they are either sorry and mean it and leave the offer open, or don't be sorry at all. this company is conning people to buy, please don't use them they are conning you and playing you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Horrendous site ”

Made an account and was given a 125 pounds limit to spend so I placed an order , received email confirmation etc then when I checked back the items have been cancelled ! No one can tell me what's going on as no one seems to get back to you ... Don't place an order with this site or its sister site simply be as that's the same ! Would definitely not recommended

I was told different informations by jacamo employees about my order. I was supposed to receive my order in 3 days said my account after placing the order. It kept changing and my holiday got ruined.after spending £135 which I could have gone to the shop to buy. Never again after my first attempt with jacamo. Poor customer service and they need same training as they don't seems to k ow what they saying to the customer

“No delivery”

Made an order , I was in on the day of delivery , get a message items delivered , as I'm in at the time I know there was no delivery , got onto customer service and after a month of emails they want signatures from my wife for delivery signature , the problem was I was in when the delivery was supposedly delivered and I'm single and live alone , they still wanted me to get in touch with a solicitor of there's , I got a refund eventually but it was a nightmare getting it ,

“Do not order ”

Absolutely rubbish customer care wrong item delivered then told I would have to wait till a courier picked item up then told I would have to reorder item even though I had paid for my item no sorry or goodwill gesture absolutely rubbish company I would advise to stay away and don't waste your money pr time

On my order it says 'cancelled item' next to the 'transaction type' box. Does this mean my orders been cancelled? I have received an email confirming my order.
