    You need to read this, it will really tell you what they are like. I signed up to Jacamo and the site said I had £125 credit. I decided to use this to buy some goods. The next day I decided to check my account as it seemed too good to be true, turns out to be right, the items were cancelled with no email to tell me. I called customer service and some guy said it was his 2nd day fair enough he said "sorry credit control need to deal with this one" he never told me why. Apparently some note said they have to deal with it. I asked him to put me through he placed me on hold and after 10 minutes he came back to say they are now closed and to call back again on monday (this was on friday i missed them by 2 minutes). No apology no explanation, ok so I have a bad credit history and fair enough the website may have made a technical issue as they say, fact is no email told me the order was cancelled so if I never checked I would have stayed in all day expecting the goods and been let down. I decided to go on the site by logging in and there is nowhere to cancel your account, nothing in the FAQs or SITE MAP, nothing in the account settings. All in all I have had a terrible time with Jacamo, I have been mislead, I got poor unknowledgeable customer service, no apology, no emails or communication and nowhere to cancel my account. . This is 100% honest

    Jacamo is a men's only home shopping catalogue; it can be used online, by phone or by post. It's owned by Sander & Kay LTD, which is a large home shopping group. It's fairly new on the market with only a few adverts on TV late 2008. They specialise on larger sizes with waist sizes up to 54" and chest up to 72" There is a good selection of goods, most of which at affordable prices.
