    BSNL have cheap call costs to other mobile and landline from the same service. Singal coverage is good. Attractive offers such as booster packs and night saver can reduce the bills. Consumers can make cheap international calls and messages.
    Customer care support is not very user friendly. Internet tariff is not very attractive, they charging for web usage according to data transfer. Downloadable paid content messages sent often.Seems to be Unavailability of fresh prepaid SIM in village areas.
    The service is good for making cheap call/messaging and the internet service planes need to be attractive to keep to customers.

    Cheap call costs for mobile and landline phones from the same service. Signal coverage is good. Attractive offers such as booster packs and night saver to reduce the bills. Consumers can make cheap international calls and SMS.

    My father is also using bsnl.co.in for nearly six years. The service is good for making cheap call/messaging and the internet service plans need to be attractive to hold its consumers.
