    Good price, placed order, delivered on time. But there was a fault with the cooker and the engineer suggested we call Jual to see how they could help. But Jual were unwilling. Customer service was non existant, bordering on rude. Once it's in your house, they don't want to know. I've decided to shop local from now on, even if I do have to pay more. Not recommended (if you're unlucky enough to be given faulty products, which is more and more common).

    goods came scratched and damage, jual domestics refused to take responsiblity and take it back. VOID VOID VOID!!! will not recommend anyone. Customer service is appalling!!

    Now this is what I call service. From placing order to taking delivery, 3 days. A telephone call to confirm I would be in, arrived spot on the time. Many thanks to the managment, office staff and delivery men.

    I don't usually write reviews, so JUAL should feel honoured ... but I have been so impressed with them I thought I would this time!! Recently bought a washing machine from JUAL, my third purchase from them in the last few months. Everytime the salespeople have been friendly and really helpful on the phone, they give a timeslot for delivery which has been stuck to, the drivers are polite and friendly ... and everytime I've saved a packet!!     Not very big on Customer Service I have to say. When we placed our order we were told it would take 7 - 10 days for delivery. It actually took 2 weeks.

    Website suggests that you will be given a 3 hour time slot for delivery, don't believe it! If you live locally you are told it can be anytime of the day and they won't even to commit to a morning or afternoon. I waited until 5pm before contacting them only to be told that the driver had been stuck in traffic and that it would delivered bef ...

    Really cheaply priced goods. My Zanussi Dryer was a special order and they telephoned and advised when it would arrrive. It arrived on time in excellent condition. The staff on the telephones and the delivery driver were friendly and proffessional. Excellent service and would definately recommend them.

    Jual Domestics Ltd have just delivered, on time and on spec the range cooker I bought a week ago with a selected delivery date. They called yesterday to confirm the delivery slot and kept to it. In the last week they separately and promptly provided an invoice with helpful delivery notes (their guy does come into the house if it's straightforward and unobstructed).     Website doesn't have stock / availabibility information.
    Ringing the sales helpline, was initially unable to connect (rang until call was dropped).

    Ringing again later, not a single item wanted was in stock.
    Salesman informed me that almost all items have to be ordered from the manufacturer.

    This makes the website rather useless (although the prices do look good).

    Bought a Rangemaster cooker and Rangemaster American fridge freezer.
    Saved over £700 compared to some suppliers. Rang to say goods were in stock and when did I want delivery. Rang the day before delivery and let me know the time of delivery. Everything went as planned no probs, would use again. No cons at all.

    Amazing!! I could not be happier with the JUAL Domestics service. My Aunt wanted a decent fridge freezer, so I searched online and these guys came up as the best price. I read the reviews and testimonials on their site, and thought I'd give them a go.     Dishwasher debited on 05/08/09 and informed that delivery would be 12/08/09, a week later. Having received no information or phone call regarding delivery, I rang the company on 12/08/09 who couldn't find details of my order,suggested I may have used another name,and asked me to verify if my account had been debited.     Superb customer service, great communication. Fridge arrived on time and delivery guy was very helpful too. It was in perfect condition and I am very very happy with the store and their professionalism. I would definitely reccommend JUAL Domestics!!

    When I first saw the Jual store online I thought I would use their price to get a price match from John Lewis. Fridge freezer was £529 in John Lewis but only £329 at Jual. I called Jual up to see if they had it in stock, which they did. They said they would be able to deliver the next day so I went with Jual (good choice). Fridge Freezer was delivered as and when stated.

    I was looking around for a new zanussi washing machine, unfortunatly mine was on its last legs. Looking around for a similar replacement talking to many companies i found out this product was have to be ordered in. JUAL were the cheapest so i went ahead with them.

    They told me when i ordered it would be about 10-14 days but it came after 8 days. JUAL contacted me to arange delivery and gave me a timeslot for the following day.

    Its all installed now and i am very happy. I had no issues with JUA ...

    Bought a leisure range cooker from JUAL this week and had it delivered by JUAL also (for £19 delivery to south Wales thats not bad).

    JUAL have been great from start to finish, order was all done online easily and their delivery people called me the day before to let me know that it would arrive between 8am and 11am today and it did right at 8:20am.

    Driver was polite and helpful; cooker is great, cant ask for much more.

    Purchased a Baumatic rangestyle cooker from JUAL and i must say that i will be using them again. Price was much cheaper than other companies i looked at and they delivered within 2 days without any problems.

    Would reccomend.

    having read some bad reviews about this company i was a bit unsure about them. However, having spoken to somebody working at jual i felt reassured about placing an order. my fridge freezer was delivered exactly when they said they would but was left on my doorstep as it was too big to go through the door in packaging (i expected this as they do advertise delivery to your door).
