i have been on apidexin for 2 weeks now and i can honestly say they are definately helping me to lose weight but only when i took 1000mg before breakfast and again at lunch. they work best on a higher dose, i didnt lose anything forst week on 500mg twice a day seemed like a waste of money but here i am in week 3 and loving the results. so far i have lost 6lbs after cutting down on calorie and carb intake and getting lots of exercise ie, waliing to and from work a mile each way 5 days a... I am on my third day of taking this along with the 72hr Detoxufree which I read on reviews helps you jump start the weight loss. I have lost 4lb so far, however I am sure this is water as I am drinking like a fish and weeing loads! My apetite is definately supressed and I am less hungry.

Started taking this pill 7 days ago! The second day I weighed myself I was 5lbs lighter and of course was really excited by this. I had bucket loads of energy and that motivated to exercise more and continue with the diet. The tablet also supressed my appeite so I didn't feel the need to eat so much. I have been on Apidexin for
3 weeks. The first week I lost 4 lbs, but am now stuck at the same weight. If you come off these tablets, which I did for 5 days, your appetite comes back with a vengence! The good thing about them, is, lack of side effects..... bad points, I don't think they work effectively as some other diet pills. I am trying a differencet pill each month to see which do work. This is my tenth day on apidexin and i'm thrilled to report i've lost 9lbs so far,it totally kills my appetite so that i'm eating much less and when i do eat i feel fuller quicker.I also experienced jitters and restlessness until i started to excercise 30 min twice a day about an hour after taking each tablet,this is when you really feel it working.It makes sense really that if you take a load of caffeine and just sit around it will make you feel terrible,you need to use that energy!I did... I have used apidexin following the reviews from other sites, and have been extremely disappointed with the total lack of results - unless you count the fact I didn't actually put any weight on as a success measure!! I followed the instructions to the letter, except at the end of the second bottle when disheartened by the results to date upped my dosage. Absolutely nothing happened, cannot recommend these at all on my personal experience. (read more)

This diet pill is very good. I've tried many others including perscription and this is much better. I also have a very senstive stomach. I can't even tolorate more than 1 1/2 cups of coffee per day. I didn't have any problems tolorating Apidexin. I did not follow the directions however. The bottle says to take 1 capsule 30 min. before breakfast and one before lunch. I took one after breakfast to avoid any nausea. One capsule was plenty to last the enire day. Overall this is an... (read more)
