Good Points: The staff there are brilliant with adults and also children. The hotel has been done up compared to when I 1st went there.

Bad Points: The food wasn't very good in my opinion!

General comments: If you are looking for a brilliant holiday then the Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki is your best bet. It it great over there I go every year and I've been going there for 7 years now. It has improved a lot. The animation is great over there! I went in May 2008 for 2weeks and also going back in September for another 2weeks.

Loved the pool and very close to resort and beach and of course the delightful weather - 30C at 9am. The pool is amazing and we had a lovely holiday.

Sun Palace hotel is a really nice place to stay and to enjoy night life with sunbathing, the placement is good enough, the quality of food is good but doesn't vary, but really tasty. I enjoyed the work of animators, you can take a trip to the Lindos or Marmaris right in front of the hotel!

The selection in food isn't brilliant. Omg! I love this hotel! its great, I visited in summer 2007 and had an amazing holiday. The location is perfect if you're up for a good time and everyone is so friendly. Id definitely go back there!

Really nice hotel, no mini golf anymore cos the hotel was refurbished in Winter 2006 and it was removed, kids club am and pm, would advise parents of younger children stay by poolside if kids in club. Play area is a small plastic climbing frame with a slide. Food is warm rather than hot but apparently this is the Greek way, always something there for everyone to eat. Loads of Mosquitoes, take spray and plug-ins or you will regret it. Excursions with reps are very expensive, use the place across ...

I probably would return to this hotel if they served their food hotter and sorted out the air conditioning. But big-up the animation team cos they were brilliant.

The Sun Palace was a very good hotel overall. And its location was just a couple of minutes walk from bar street where all of the pubs and clubs are. Faliraki has an excellent nightlife with parties continuing well into the early hours of most mornings. The town is host to quiet family bars to all night parties on local beaches. The 'Q Club' is a must for younger party goers in search of a great night out.

Overall, myself and my family (2 adults and 2 young children) had a brilliant time at the Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki. The hotel was within walking distance of the main bar street and the beach, where we met some great people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki was friendly, clean, great atmosphere, entertainment was good, all inclusive good, drinks and cocktails good, and food good, especially the themed nights. We loved the hotel, and we had a great holiday! We heard lots of people moaning about the food and the quality, but we thought it was great, and there was plenty of choice!

Staff are nice at the Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki, and they do their best, but how this hotel got a 4* rating I'll never know!!!! Food is repetitive and mostly cold!! Reps trips are very expensive compared to exactly the same trip (on same coach/boat etc) booked at Sophias across the road. Very disappointed, as this was supposed to be a special occasion. We will not be returning!!!

The Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was plentiful, and the entertainment kept everyone occupied throughout the week. I have never written a review before, but we enjoyed our week so much that I felt I had to tell everyone how enjoyable it was, and recommend it to anyone and everyone. Being about 1km from the centre of town, it was just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the lively town, and yet close enough to mak ...

Just got back from a week in Sun Palace Hotel, Falaraki and cannot wait to go back next year. The food was plentiful as were the drinks, the kids loved the entertainment team both during the day and night time. The people are so friendly and child tolerant it made a refreshing change. For excursions visit Sophias opposite the hotel he can't do enough to help you and will give you honest advice on places to visit. If you do venture out of the hotel a must to visit is Lindos and the Acropolis tho ...

We faced an 8 hour flight to Faliraki as there were delays at Rhodes airport. The Direct Holiday reps kept passing the buck, and they weren't in any way useful at all. There was no offer of refreshments or drinks, and they wanted us to stand outside with babies and toddlers, in the hot sun for all that time. (of course we just went inside)!! The Sun Palace Hotel barely made 3 stars in our eyes. Very disappointed!! We will never go there again!!

Falaraki, (My God I Thought) but hey I need not have worried it was wonderful no matter what age you are and the people are so freindly. The bars and clubs welcome you no matter what age. Well worth a visit and I will be returning with my family in the very near future.

The Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki is a very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Swimming pool was great and rooms were very spacious. Staff were brilliant and willing to help with any query and the animation team kept us busy, day and night. Food was poor for a four star hotel. There was little choice for children and was repetitive. Can only say that anyone who thinks any differently obviously doesn't eat out very often. Definitely recommend eating out at one of Faliraki's restaurants though ...

All in all enjoyed the holiday. Sun Palace Hotel was not what I expected as it is advertised as 4A but we still made the most of it. Certainly would not give it more than 3 star and compared to other A/I the hotel needs to improve quite a bit especially on night entertainment.

We have just returned from our 2 week holiday at the Sun Palace Hotel & wish we were still there. Having read about all the trouble in the town last year we were a bit doubtful weather we would actually enjoy ourselves, but this was by far the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel accommodation was spacious & clean with a separate bedroom for the kids & at all times the staff were friendly & helpful. There was a good selection of drinks on offer including cocktails & every spirit you can thin ...

The Sun Palace Hotel was well organised and arranged. Swimming pools very clean, ideal for adults and children. Plenty of sun beds for all. Hotel shop very good sold every thing you need, sun cream, papers (by 11.30am),duty free, swimming pool toys. Plenty to do during day and night for the adults and children. The animations team were very good and friendly, during days they would do adults and kids games and during night would do a kids disco then different shows which were very entertain ...
