    Good Points: pretty good TV

    Bad Points: unreliable

General comments: It broke down a couple of weeks after the 1 year warranty ran out! Sony products are more expensive than other products, because of their good reputation. I expect an 800 pound TV to last for more than a year. Sony customer service is almost non-existent.
