    We've been using SecureNetShop since 2006. It's very affordable and really easy to set up. I especially like how they make the ordering process simple for my customers, which of course helps with sales. They offer a ton of features we haven't even touched yet but we'll get to them eventually. I will say that among all the service providers we work with, their customer support is the best. I get replies to emails as fast as 30 minutes and at worst (if you can call it that) 3 hours! Support 7 days a week is great too.

    I wish the cart pages could be customized a bit more and I'd prefer more user defined fields, but that's nit-picking. I also wish they'd send out more notices. They add new features but then sometimes don't even let users know about them.

    Before SecureNetShop, we tried around 4 or 5 other shopping carts. They either had constant server problems, offered slow or low quality support or just didn't have the features we needed. I've recommended SecureNetShop to a number of people who've been equally happy with their service.
