As a complete beginner to the website game I can't tell you how invaluable it was to have a support department that could talk me through things step by step - I would have been COMPLETELY lost without their help. Now I am up and running I would say to everybody who thinks setting up a website will be too complicated to go for fastvision - excellent value too and they never once got frustrated by all my silly questions! We use Fastvision to host our email service. All I can say is that I think the technical support and the service is first class. Whenever you need to contact support you get a reply back within a few minutes. Unlike some companies that take up to 24hrs (or more) to respond, you can easily resolve any issues you have quickly and efficiently. I have never had any problems logging on to the control panel or the webmail (unlike other reviews seem to state). I wish I had discovered Fastvision... (read more)

Fast Vision offer great price on domain names, good that domain privacy is included. Web hosting packages allow me to add features as my site grows. E-mail is very good with very little spam or viruses. They have made their own control panel which cuts out having to ring up all the time like with my old host.
