    There is no customer feedback or relations.

    Lost order or never even despatched from sotre how do I know when no one says.

    I placed an Order two weeks ago and I have still not received any goods.

    Can not get through on phone.
    Does not look good?

    Placed small order. One item was damaged - torn mobile keypad. Original P&P was high(more than £5) for the physical size of the order and the pad was only 49p so emailed (3 times) asking if replacement without return was possible - I even supplied photos. Never received a reply. Don't go there!

    Stay away!
    UK Mobile Store sent unpackaged scratched, worn, used goods and the product was not the model I ordered. It also arrived late. I'll be contacting trading standards.

    Very bad service with UK Mobile Store ...weeks late.. no response to calls... faulty screen arrived it was not even a genuine nokia as advertised.. i returned the product and i am still awaiting a refund 7 weeks ON !! VERY POOR I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!!!

    These earphones which I bought from UK Mobile Store are very good, the sound is very crisp and they block out background noise very well. They stay in your ears when your out on the move, unlike traditional earphones. So all in all they're well worth the buy. I do not usually add reviews or comments, however, this is my first order with uk mobile store, within 25 minutes of my order, it was dispatched, and the very next morning was delivered to me.
