    I got a green laser from one-unlocked.co.uk and was very happy with it and also the price was excellent . i received it one week after purchase during the postal strikes . Good service *****

    One Unlocked sent me an email informing me the item had been shipped, but when it didn't arrive I emailed them and got a reply saying "Oh, sorry, it hadn't actually been shipped, but it is now". I waited again for it to arrive but even after 6 weeks it's still not here. After a month had passed I sent an email to cancel my order and request a refund. Communication has dried up somewhat since then so I am now asking my credit card company to act on my behalf to get my money back. .
