Rubicon are quite simply the worst letting agents in London bar none. I have never experienced such an incompetent business in my life, this place is an utter shambles!

Repair work which I notified them about the first day I moved in was still outstanding two years later.Constant nagging proved futile, nothing but empty promises from this outfit.

Several times I have been accused of not paying my rent, which is unbelievable considering I could prove it every time. Even then they refused to back down.

Do not be taken in by their flashy glass offices, this company is infected with a culture of sloppiness from top to bottom, simply unbelievable!

Rubicon has been the worst agency that I have ever used. As a landlord I have used the services of many estate/letting agencies. Even the tenants complain about them. I have now left them and will never go back.

In my experience Rubicon London left us without hot water for the first two weeks, left us with a broken washing machine that needed to be replaced for 7 weeks, a carpet that needed replacing took them 4 weeks to do, when they said they would do it in a week, the remaining rolls of carpet which totalled roughly 250 sq ft was left in our hall for 2 weeks.
I could go on with the bad points a lot longer but you get the idea.
